The machine Very easy to operate and clothes are clean.

Happy so far hoping it lasts at least 12 years without any problems

Now that I have had this for a while I have to say I love it. I love that it has all the settings that I need. It takes a while and it’s not really smart in the point that you do have to turn the power on in order to start it. So the smart feature is dumb in that since.

Love, love this washer. It is fast and does a great job. We decided to sell our house and leave this behind. It was a sad day. We have an older top loader in our "new" house and will replace it with this LG without hesitation if the current one gives us any trouble at all.

I am a geek and having a washer that has AI capabilities, app connection etc... it is really nice. This machine can calculate how long it is going to take to finish washing based on the load, which is nice!

Great washing machine. Very easy to use. I have only I have only had had this machine for 3 weeks and have done 40 loads of wash. I know this because the app tells me it also lets me know when the wash is done, when to clean the tub, and that the machine is running well.

We got this washer with its paired dryer. Sleek and easy to use and plays a nice little tune when it's done. I'm told you can ask to get the doors to open on different sides so would have asked for that in order to easily switch loads between washer and dryer

We are really liking this washer so far. It functions quietly, smoothly, quickly, and has a built in mode for just about everything you could think. We do not utilize the smart things feature, and don't feel like we are missing anything. It makes it very evident that we need a new dryer as well (we can do two loads of laundry in the time it takes our dryer to finish one cycle).

Really enjoying, lots of features, so many that I haven’t even used them all yet. It is quick, efficient and works well. Would buy again.

I am delighted with this washing machine. The clothes do not get all tangled like in my previous one. They do not wrinkle as much. This machine is so quiet one can even tell is running.

We have bought several washers in the past, and this is the best one yet. We spent a bit more than we usually would, but so worth it with all of the extra features and we see a huge difference when washing clothes....

Replaced an identical model from 2013. Fit on the old base perfectly, though the listed dimensions are slightly differenr, so that was.real nice. Thia does loads significantly faster than the unit it replaced. The wifi notification is a bit of unnecessary gravy, but there it is. There is no wobble or vibration in this unit, but that might have juat been from the old unit giving up the ghost. It was a bit pricey, but I got the birthday discount. Overall I am hapoy with this purchase; we needed it in a hurry and this one was available, but I would have probably purchased this one time necessity aside. This washingnmachine does a fine job, and I have no complaints.

Love being able to clean queen-size blankets and comforters in this LG washer. Still investigating all the settings; the complete owner’s manual is unfortunately only available on line. Clothes are cleaner with less water and detergent than our old front-load washer. Was told it won’t last 20 years, though :-(

Easy delivery by Best Buy. The washer is easy to use. Drum space is great. Set up with the app took a bit (because I didn’t notice the WiFi button), but was worth it. Clothes come out clean and barely damp. I’m very glad with the purchase.

This LG Washer makes a noise during the Rinse Cyle. Our first unit made an extremely loud noise, making the top floor virtually shake. It’s a fault in this model that LG probably does not even acknowledge. Best Buy referred me to LG for service and after wasting a bunch of hours and them not showing up on an appointment, Best Buy helped out - came in checked the unit and recommended a replacement since it was within 60 days. The new machine also makes a noise in the rinse cycle but it is way more tolerable and does not shake our house and top floor. I lost all respect for LG and gained a lot for Best Buy, which is why I am giving a rating o 4. Thank you Best Buy and shame on you LG.

I feel it cleans the clothes better than our old machine which I thought cleaned the clothes pretty good. It washes the load much faster also.
