We are very happy with our new LG washer. Its performance is amazing. Lots of options and every option has done a good job.

I bought this washing machine as it was one of the washers recommended by consumer report. I thoughts for the price the variety of cycles would be good; however, the cycles are so short and the quality of wash is not that great. There is no cycle for active wear or whites and the regular cycle with hot water is only 30 minutes. Although my previous washer Samsung only lasted four years, it had great choice of cycles and performance was better.

This is a great Front Load Washer with all the features any family may need. The buying process was super easy and local pickup was ready within a little over an hour. Not bad for a couple of days before Christmas. The price of the new washer was great, I purchased one that was available the same day and it was in 'like new' condition that saved me a little bit more $$$.

I love this washer!!!! LG is such a great brand! I had a very old washer...10 yrs old to be exact so this was such a nice upgraded. I also bought the pedestal and love the fact that its so easy to load and unload clothes. There's multiple settings to chose from but if you are in a hurry like me the Turbo Wash setting is literally a life saver. I really like that I can connect my washer to the wifi...to be fair I didn't know this washer had this feature until after installation, but with the app it notifies me once the washer is done. I recommend this washer to literally all my friends and family. This washer has exceeded my expectations.

This washer is a great addition to my new home. i love the fact that its quiet and doesnt rattle and move around. THE LG app as well. it notifies you when the wash is complete

This washer I would recommend for everyone over samsung. Ease of use.

Very easy to use. Love all cycles in it. This is the very first I have steamer in my wash machine and it is very practical. I got to use on my linen cloths and worked great.

Had my old LG washer/dryer for 13 yrs, still working but did not won't to wait, bought my new washer/dryer LG , very happy with all the new things it has, hope it lasts as long as the previous one

Great washing machine. Quiet and faster was time than my old LG machine where the bearings were shot. Clothes come out clean.

Its quiet, cleans very well, has a multitude of different settings, is fast, and even plays a little tune to tell you when its finished. Very pleased with this machine.

This washer comes with a lot of bells and whistles. There are a number of different programs for different types of clothes. Each of these programs has a default water temperature, spin rate and soil level. There are ways to change these defaults but the supplied manual was evidently written by LG's lawyers and tells you what you can't do with the washer. To get to the actual instructions on how to change the defaults you have to go to the instruction manual on the internet. There you will find a good description of each washer mode and how to change the defaults for your situation. The online manual is actually pretty good.

It's very energy efficient and cleans our clothes way better than our old machine. So many cycle options!

I love my new LG washer. It’s easy to operate. The short cycle with extra rinse saves water and keeps my tub clean

I’m very happy with the efficiency of this model of washer.

I have had several LG products but this set is THE BEST! The cycles are super fast and one touch and away you go! I have washed a king down comforter in it,so the size is not a limiting factor. This set was much less than some of the other sets. But so far I haven’t found a reason to upgrade.

Love that this has a big capacity. My beddings can fit in here. It also has different settings. The only thing I didn't like is how long it completes the wash cycle

Very good wash cycles and the steam option is fun to use. Steam Sanitary cycle is useful for dirty germs.

My clothes have been coming out so clean and fresh, I highly recommend this washer.
