I absolutely love this washer/dryer combo from LG. There are many settings that help tailor each load to how dirty the laundry is and it's material. The design is sleek and makes my unfinished basement look great!

Fantastic washer. Great job getting clothes clean and uses less water than previous front loader. The smart features and linking with smart phone simplifies the washing process. It is nice to know when wash is done by looking at your phone. Best Buy honored a price match with no problem and installation was done efficiently. Overall, very smooth and straight forward process.

So far it has been a month since we have this. So far enjoy doing our laundry. Easy to use and love the different functions it has.

Growing up we never had great appliances, even the ones I replaced now as an adult were from the early 90s. Drop In a load press go. Turns out I never knew what fresh clothes out of a good washer feel like. And other reviews say how loud they are I can't tell if it's even doing anything after pressing start.

Honestly, it was much, much, much louder than I expected. I had to replace a Samsung w/d, and this is crazy loud!!! The wifi feature is actually nice, though, because I can close the door and forget about it and be alerted on my phone when it is done. I wish it alerted more than once, though. I am still getting used to all the different options, if and when I need a second rinse, and how much detergent to use with each loud. (HE and water softener). Plus, it was actually available at the time I needed it.

I’ve been using my LG washer for two weeks and I really like it. It is easy to operate with all the right choices on how you want to wash your clothes. No complaints here. Plus it looks really nice, love the gray color too.

I love it! Easy to set up. Wash times have been reduced. I can track everything on my phone even start it remotely! Could not pass up this deal once my last machine failed. Even better that I got a great open box deal on it

Couldn't set up the steam function because hose was too far away but that is not much of a loss for me. I have a bit of trouble figuring out the controls but when I just let the machine figure it out on the normal cycle it seems to work fine. I'm just used to old style simple non digital controls

Love my new Washer! Faster, Holds more clothes, bedding and towels and is quieter!

Very happy with this washer, it’s fast and efficient and my clothes come out very clean without getting twisted and never soaking wet like my old washer after the rinse/spin cycle. If you’re getting this for the steam function: I didn’t realize that the steam hose had to be ordered separately so when the install guys came, they suggested ordering one and it would be an easy hookup.
