The washer operation is very easy to set. The drum is large and the laundry is very clean. This is a very good washer.

It cleans clothes and it's pretty quiet. We have this machine in our bedroom closet so it's important that it be quiet.

This washer is super quiet and has the 30 min cycle for fast washing. It would be nice to have the light inside the washing chamber!

So far I am loving this new LG washer dryer set. I havent had any issues with any load. The jingle it plays when a cycle is done is nice, doesnt get annoying like i thought it might.

Exactly what we needed. Our old washer was 20 years old. I’m amazed at the large capacity for a washer that takes up the same amount of space as our old one. Easy to use despite the myriad of options on the panel. Pretty straightforward. I don’t think we’ll use the WiFi options though. Easy to stack with the dryer. I’m sure it uses far less energy too. Great design, love the black steel. And with 24 months O interest financing, the price was a no brainer. Definitely recommended.

Who knew Best Buy had some of the best Washer and Dryer's on the market. I love this device because it does all the work for me. When I hear that jingle of a song when my clothes are done I do a happy dance because I know it was done right.

One year in and still impressed with the quality of this washer. Cycles are consistent and easy. Have not had a hangup in any way. Smart features and Alexa integration are valuable.

My last LG washer lasted over 13 years and was very satisfied with it. It’s safe to say it completed thousands of washes during that time and no doubt that made it an easy decision to choose this brand again. Very satisfied with this model too!

This washer and dryer have been amazing so far! Not really a fair comparison to the washer it replaced (old top loader clothes beater)…. Washer and dryer are night and day quieter!! They are so much easier on clothes, more efficient, cleans clothes better!. The only minor gripe is with the dryer, once in a while there will be 1-2 items that aren’t quite all the way dry, probably just the difference in material. Overall couldn’t be happier so far!

What a difference between Home Depot and Best Buy. I purchased this same washer and received 3 bad washers from Home Depot. I had to return them and order one from Best Buy so that I did not miss the 4th of July sale. Washer arrived with no issues and works fine. Would highly recommend Best Buy.

I live in drought-stricken California, so I really like how this washer senses the load size so that it uses the appropriate amount of water. I appreciate the various settings, although I don't know why I would want to control a washing machine with my smart phone! I'm always worried that the electronics will wear out much faster than the mechanical parts, but so far, so good.

Great machine- had the samsung for 3 years previously and it broke down. My MIL had same issue. This one seems sturdier and the settings offer more variety.
