The LG washer is doing a great job. My wife loves the controls and settings that she is able to make. We plan to have them for a long time and hope no issues occur. If they do occur, we will contact the Geek Squad for whatever is needed to keep them running and keeping our clothes clean.

We love our new washer! It does a great job and is much larger than our previous washer. I love that I get notifications on my phone so that I know when the load is done. I don’t have to worry about getting busy and forgetting my laundry until the evening.

Loving my new LG front loader washer!!! Loving the brand! Though I am having a huge problem finding answers to simple questions! The paper manual is very brief on info, ThinQ app seems to be not intuitive In search and can’t find answers on line.

A fine machine that is fast and efficient. No comparison to the washer this unit replaced. It is twice as fast and cleans better. Appearance makes me think it is a waste to be in a laundry room, I should be able to drive these around and show them off.

This is my first LG and front loader. I like them very much and they look great. Easy to use and efficient.

Works great! Please read instructions and remove bolts from the back of the washer. I didn't and was close in returning it because it was shaking like crazy. Good thing I youtube and found the reason

I purchased this specific model because bedt buy says it has a soak cycle and it doesn't. I do not like the thinq app. You cannot create your own cycles and save them ao im constantly adjusting their preset cycles. It does a very good job of cleaning regardless. Lastly my older LG pedestal will not work with this newer model. There is no conversion kit that I am aware of. Another pedestal is almost $300.

We just purchased this washer to replace our ten year old LG washer. As you might expect, a lot has changed in ten years. The controls remain pretty much the same. The big difference is in the speed and thoroughness of the wash, both of which are much improved.

It is really good and large enough for washing a lot of clothes or washable rugs. Its sound is not loud and when it finishes washing its alarm starts and let you know. Its functions working properly. Thanks!

So far, so good! Had it about 3 months. My first time to try an LG washer & I would recommend it.
