I’m not a fan of the seal around the opening. It collects water and any other debris. I have to check it after every load and then wipe it. More maintenance than I wanted. However I’m pleased with the washing

We had a ton of issues with delivery and installation. They told us they couldn't bring down this washer and dryer to our basement because it wouldn't fit. We asked that they left these at our house and we brought them down ourselves. When they called back and asked how it went, we told them what happened and we are unsure of how to hook these up properly. They had cancelled the installations and had new installations setup after a couple weeks later. They came and hooked it up properly by end of December. Today, the washer machine is leaking and I've been working on getting a hold of someone from Best Buy for the last 4 hours.

If not, buy something else. This has been nothing but trouble over the past few weeks and we haven’t even owned this washer for 6 months prior to this issue. we haven’t even owned had nothing but issues with any and every LG appliance we have ever owned.
