Great Washing Machine, dents and all.

The one delivered a month ago was dented, so we refused delivery. Got the replacement today and by golly it was dented too, same side and same panel. Apparently Best Buy only deliver them this way.

Able to research Best Buy online to help decide our choice of washer from description, reviews, prices and availability. Purchased at Frisco, Texas store where experience was great from customer service to the day of install with techs!

It could wash anything and spin it with no problem. This washer cant handle the larger loads. It washes them fine, but the same bedding i used in my last washer will just error out in the spin cycle. My last washer had zero issue. This one contantly tries to start and stop spinning - their trubalance technology. It’s pitiful. It also feels more cheeply assembled yet costs more. My last one had steel hindges - these are plastic. Unfortunatly, lg is like everyone else. Build it cheaper and charge more. Ill try speed queen next.

Also it seems to have a super high-pitched noise during some cycles, but washing capabilities and wifi connectivity are great.

It definitely cleans better than my much older washer did. And I like having one that qualifies for HE washer rebates, both for the rebate itself and for how it helps the environment.

I would give the rating based on the marketing of this as black steel color is just a charcoal gray. This is the same color as the other LG but with a black door. So if looking for black pass on this.

Haven’t been able to try all the bells and whistles this comes with as far as washing features, but overall very satisfied with purchase and cleaning features. Love the steam cycle option as well. Also, saves on electricity.
