I bought this one to replace my old LG washer that went out after 10 years. I felt like that was too soon but according to repairmen that is a lot longer than other brands last. The computer went out in the old one which would’ve been close to the price of this new one (with labor and part). Overall I am happy with it, however I DO NOT like that the buttons do not allow me customized setting like the old version where I can fill it up with water - instead of using the water saving option. There is supposed to be a quick easy “hold for three seconds” for more options, however when I do this it doesn’t respond.

Does a good job of washing, simple but adequate controls and quiet.

The first time I used this washer I just stood there watching it go through the cycle. How it initially weighs the contents to determine how much water is needed to washing with a minimum of water is just amazing to watch. Determining how much detergent is needed is something that needs practice. Just a great machine. And good looking too.

Washing machine works great. Noise level is minimal. Clothes come out clean. Like they should.

Getting a ew washer is like getting a new car! We love this new washer and the team that set it up was very quick and friendly. This washer is easy to use and took no time to learn, its intuitive, you know right away how to use it.

This is a great washer for its price. Big capacity, multiple washing options and not very noisy. Perfect match the our LG dryer.

It's quiet and cleans well. Doesn't have a bunch of features, but I don't need them.

I like watching the tub balance, water mix with soap, clothes moving around through the glass top. Easy to use, quiet enough, bonus: gets much more water out of our clothes so they dry quicker. No agitator, no wrestling with underwear caught on the thing. Thumbs up.

Great has large drum for washing my comforters/ bedding etc… ! However having issues with water supply E1 error code only been using a month. I have had to run spin only to get excess water and complete the cycle the past two washes… need to have this looked into and can update after resolved.

So far I have no real complaints. It washes my colthes and gets them clean, spins really good so drying time isnt as long. The cycles are a little longer than my previous washer but its not that big of deal. I would recommend. The little tune it plays at the end of the cycle is cute

This washer replaced a front loader monstrosity that I hated the moment I used it the first time, so I expected my new one to be better. Well, it is. It doesn't have a million bells and whistles, but it has a soaking feature my other one didn't and it tells you exactly how long the wash will be, after it figures out the load size. I set my phone for that time, so no matter where I am in the house, I know when the load is done. Awesome!!

Love this new machine. Its clean, efficient and does a good job of cleaning even our dirtiest farm clothes. The best part is that the glass top allows you to watch the clothes cleaning and you can see what's happening in the machine. Its easy to use and we're very happy with it,

so far so good. roomy inside ,quiet, nice alarm when done with cycle.

This washing machine fits large loads of laundry and it works amazing! I would highly recommend!

So far a great machine at a out of box price. Can handle cleaning a king size bedspread.

Super happy with the washing machine. It's a little finicky with how you load - it doesn't like the items to be in the middle, and it's not intuitive to figure out how to wash different temps etc.. Overall great machine!
