Great washer. Very quiet. Does a good job cleaning clothes. Spin dry is very efficient.

This unit has a really big drum, and is really powerful. It uses little water. Works on the new soap that doesn't make a whole lot is suds Easy installation and is very easy to operate although you have many different options It is self leveling and is a pretty good looking machine Please be aware that it does not come with supply hoses so if your old hoses aren't up to par you'll have to purchase a new set Over all very pleased so far

I love my new washer and dryer!! Both are awesome, washer is quiet, doesn't tear clothes up, quick and easy to use!!

This is a very good wash machine, top load is easier, and capacity is more than enough for daily usage. 8 cycles are enough.

I had purchased a Samsung washer only to have it recalled. I was sorry to see it go, but when I got this LG washer to replace it, I found I didn't miss the other one at all. The LG is so quiet I don't even know it's on. The many cycle choices and additional options are great. AND it doesn't take a ridiculously long time (sometimes 85 min with the Samsung), so that saves electricity - and saves me time, too! I just love everything about the LG!

Love the water conservation feature and large capacity tub. Great for quilters. Not so high on delivery service...love the best buy staff at the store and customer service. Be aware the delivery/install service is contracted out.

I love everything about this washer, down to the end of cycle beeps it makes. It is really easy to program and has more settings than my previous washer. It is large enough to accommodate bulky bedding and does a better job of cleaning everything than the old washer I had, using less water.

Big enough to wash any item, has options for extras. Quick ,looks good and you can see inside!

This washer is definitely different from the old agitator style. Works great. The wife even likes it. It's fun to watch it do it's thing. Even plays a little music at the end. The only improvement I could see would be able to program your own song. lol

This is the first high efficiency washer--without an agitator--that I've owned and, although we've only had it about a month, we're very happy with it. (No more clothing wrapped so tightly around an agitator that it's a strain to get the clothing out!) The "bloom" technology (no longer having to place the clothes strategically around the base of the tub to make sure it's even) seems to work VERY well. Using a high efficiency detergent means much less detergent--and the clothing comes out clean and fresh. The wash cycles do not seem significantly longer than my old washer, nor significantly noisier than my old washer. Having never had an LG appliance before, we DID opt for the service agreement, as we've heard of some problems with LG products. Delivery is done by a third party contracted service (not Best Buy employees). This is where the difficulties come in...the Best Buy folks and the delivery folks do not speak the same "language", so the testing and balancing that Best Buy promised was not done by the delivery people. Additionally, prep instructions for the installations were not good...so it took 2 trips for the full installation. Overall, I'm pleased with the unit so far.

LG brand is excellent. First and most important clothes are cleaner. My wash room is on second floor. Old washer use to shake certain doors downstairs due to load vibration. But this washer is very quiet and there is no vibration. You initially think that it takes longer time to wash a load than old machine. But after the initial sensing, the washer is so smart it adjusts itself to the correct amount of wash time for the cycle. My loads take less time, less water and less detergent than previous washer that was 10 years old. I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. With respect to other reviewer's comments about being too short to reach clothes in bottom of tub, I am 5'8" and can touch the bottom of the tub. But it is a big enough tub for bulky king size bed items which I needed. I give it FIVE STARS.

I always wanted a LG washer & dryer but do not care for the front control panel style. So when this washer was on sale, I immediately purchase them. Read the review prior to purchase and was a little scare of the Unbalance issue. But so far, I have only encounter it once and after I move all the heavy items to the middle, the machine continues without a problem.

This is the first time I got a washer without the agitator in the middle. Also my fist LG product. Usually get whirlpool or Kenmore. My latest washer was GE which broke within 3 years. I reviewed this washer & it had the best review. Was skeptical at first due to the major complaint of balancing issue so machine would stop or not enough water was being delivered. I'm so happy I took the chance with this washer. It is awesome, had no trouble with balancing issue, & clothes come out clean. It takes 3 times more load then my previous washer so I end up washing less in a weeks time. It's also beautiful & I like that u can see your clothes being washed due to the glass top. I bought the extended warranty especially since the controls is digital. So far I'm very happy with it. Had it only for few months.
