Excellent! Huge capacity!! It's like doing 3 loads of laundry. I really couldn't be happier!!! I'm so glad I went with this washer.

I bought this machine for its large drum capacity. It has not denied me on performance!! Its a deep tub and at times i need to tippy toe to get to the bottom. Love love love it!!!!

I've had this washer for some time now and I love it. Big drum, easy operation. The only downside is that if you are on the short side, you may have some trouble getting the clothes out of the bottom...

This replaced a 10 year old machine with an agitator. I have been shocked by the volume it washes. I can't seem to fill it. So far, I am very happy with my purchase. It was out of stock and I waited six weeks for delivery. Happy that I did!

The size is huge and I love not having the center blade. I have washed my sheets and my queen size comforter with ease. I love the electronic selections. In short, it was a great buy. I also got the similar dryer and I love that too.

Had to purchase new washer because of recall on samsung washer we had, really liked the samsung washer worried this washer might not work as well. Couldn't be happier, this washer cleans everything great. would definitely recommend.

We recently bought this washer and matching dryer. The capacity of this washer is amazing. Without a center agitatior, the wash cycle is different but effective. The clothes come out clean. The settings are great and we have had no issues.

Transitioned from a front loader which I hated. This is a great machine. Tub is huge. Definitely cuts down on the loads of laundry. Not good for short people without a stool as tub is very deep. Love love love it!

Wife needed a pair of tongs to reach items in the bottom of the tub. Not an issue just something to consider when purchasing. Love the machine and would recommend it. Great with sheets, towels and comforters.

I was very happy that this washer was easy to program and performed as well as my previous washer with which I was happy. I love I can do King size bedding easily.

We bought this set and promptly read the instruction book. Our first few loads we tested many of the settings to ensure they were all working. My husband wears lots of jeans to work and when we put in a large load it worked fine on the cotton setting, but we decided it might be better to run it on heavy duty in the future. It is fascinating to watch the washer check the weight and balance of the clothes. It seems that the tub walls and the base can spin separately. When the washer checks the balance, then as the clothes wash the bottom tub moves and rotates and mixes the clothes from underneath. So there is no issue with all them not getting wet. The oddest thing is that because of the separate tub wall set-up you need to zip the pants so the zippers thumb tab doesn't get caught. The next time I washed, the following week, I didn't have as many loads to complete the task of washing(...and the crowds cheer for less time in the laundry room!) Although, being in the laundry room now with the new appliances isn't too bad - when they are running they light up the room like a Christmas tree! So far so good, we've had it about 3 weeks, glad we bought this model. It wasn't the cheapest, but it seems to do a great job.

This is a fantastic unit. Don't be set back by the few noodle heads that are complaining. The amount of water is manually adjustable. Read the manual. This washer produces quality results and tackles our high demands for our laundry.

After 10 days the inlet water would not shut off on our washer. Luckily my wife was home at the time or it would have flooded out our house. The manager at Best Buy in Encinitas replaced the unit with a new one. We were down for a week or so and with a household of 4 wash did get backed up. New one is working fine, cleans clothes well and so far no issues with the machine. Manager at the Encinitas store knows how to please a customer. First washer was rated a 1 star, 2nd one is a 5 star rating.

My wife and i where back and forth on washers top load front load. We finally decided on the top load. We have other LG products and we are very satifised with are purchase

Finally I can wash all my bulky items like comforters without overloading.

I like the very large capacity of the tub. Because it doesn't have an agitator, it holds a huge amount of laundry and seems to wash it very well. Very happy with it.

WOW - best washer I have ever owned LG 4.9 cubic feet 8 cycle HE top loading electric washer. So easy to use - just read all of the instructions before you begin. Huge capacity (which saves time & money as you do not have to do as many loads). All of the clothes are thoroughly clean. The jingle at the end is pleasant and loud enough for me to hear to know the washing is complete. Definitely a winner!

Love the easiness to use and how clean it washes my clothes. one little problem is it is too deep for me to reach thins but have it worked out.,
