There is a part in my screen that looks damaged. I thought that it was a brand new tv like it was listed on the web site.

The color picture and sound on the tv aren't very good

Easy purchase, easy set up. Actually got more for my money than I expected.

Purchased this for my sons dorm room at college and he loves it.

It's a good tv with this price range as it includes lgcast too

Tv messed up less than a year with screen issues and they wouldnt accept problem under warranty.

My tv feel down and broke the screen because of poor support stand design. In 3 weeks of purchase. Very poor customer support from bestbuy and LG.

I am really disappointed in this tv. The speakers are awful and the color on picture is orangeish.

You sold me a commercial Tv for a residential usage plus it did not work, pay for installation. plus LG arrived to my home stating to change the motherboard. Waste of time and at the returning stage missing a scrue ahiaaaai. I’m very upset with all. Considering canceling Best Buy account asap

Stopped working within 2 years. Color also not very good.

This TV would power on, that’s about as much as it would do, the smart hub never worked and would always say “network error” yet all my other smart devices and TVs always worked with no problem.

This TV is awful, the screen started to go after 2 weeks and it won’t connect to any wireless network. Will be contacting LG.

Bought exactly one year ago, WIFI no longer works! Now just a basic TV which I could have purchased for 1/2 the price!

Gorgeous picture. Very happy with this when all is said and done, BUT: Bought this TV because sales rep told us it was Bluetooth accessible. Were going to get a lower model, but bought it for the Bluetooth capability. It wouldn't work with our wireless Bose mini, so we called LG. Guess what, even the rep there had to go and find out that it's not bluetooth capable without an adapter. So we opted to go for headphones (want to hear it in the gym over the treadmill), but also made several trips and had to buy a converter. There is no "jack" connection on this TV, so you'll have to spend to convert to bluetooth or use any existing speakers or headphones. And the sound is awful on these new thin TVs. We did get it hooked up. Sounds great through the Bose and headphones, but it took several trips and an extra $175 for cables, connecters, converters and special TV headphones.

Had a 24 inch Westinghouse. Great tv, but my heart was just sad at how small it was. So I upgraded to a 43 inch...its in a apartment living room, so its not that big but the tv makes my heart and eyes much happier. Some people have not been a fan of the darkness and my solution to this was to change the in the picture settings to change the energy saving to minimum. I think it provides a much better default picture, but each person will of course have their own preference. Tv was easy to set up, only takes 2 screws for the legs and you're good to go. My only real complain was my xfinity uses a usb connector and when you set up it wants either a cable/sat connected to antenna, antenna, or no service. It doesn't really matter, cause you're gonna change it to hdmi 1 (or 2) anyways and the no service auto defaulted to the hdmi i had my cable box plugged into so its really no biggie, will just save time not scanning channels on the antenna settings. Bottom line, great tv so far...its only been a few hrs though, but so far so peachy.

Effortless set up of the smart functions. Picture and sound are great for viewing shows and movies. I am not a gamer so my opinions are all about watching shows and movies. The only caution I have is regarding the measurements of the unit. The measurements with the base were overstated by 1 inch. TV will actually fit on an 8.5" shelf with space to spare.
