Dont remember her name but she was alsome. I told her what i wanted and she ordered it for me. She made it so easy and it arrived on time. The ac window unit is a GL and the quality is great!!

The blower is all you hear. Which is what should be expected. Remote is convenient but the Wi-Fi app control is awesome. You can also use this app to set a run schedule.
