I can highly recommend this product, good quality and I like that fact that I can use Google Assistant with it.

This is the 2nd LG brand A/C I will be returning to Best Buy within a week - 2 different models. This one sounds like a piece of plastic is stuck in the fan blades. Will not be buying another LG window A/C, which is disappointing. I've never had trouble with LG brand A/C until this year.

The unit itself works fine. It came with a large dent in the back out of the box as if it had been dropped. I wouldof returned it but it was soo hott i had to settle. 400$ unit

Great features. A bit bulky and heavy so will be returning it in a favor a small sized unit

Garbage air conditioner this ac doesn’t circulate cold air and is a defective machine. I bought one a couple years ago and was so happy I bought this as a second one. The one in the living room works fabulously this one cannot even cool or do anything. I think the machine is defective. Now I will have to get rid of it and buy another one to replace this garbage unit. Will never buy from lg again not reliable.

AC only used 3 times and after 3 months stopped turning on, Best Buy won’t done anything and lg said this ac needs an electrician to run a dedicated line even tho I had an ac in this same spot for 20 years. Best Buy and lg never let’s you know about this, lg says they about to change labels to state this, but no one is willing to fix or take this special ac back
