I love this washer! It is huge and does a great job!

I've been using this washer for a couple of weeks and it has taken care whatever I have put in. It washed full-sized sleeping bags with ease. I would give it five stars, but it leaked the first couple of days I used it. The problem has gone away, but I still don't have an explanation for it.

excellent features - clothes are noticeably cleaner.

The capacity of this washer allows me to wash more clothes per load which means less loads total. The variety of options let's me be more specific when washing and my laundry comes out cleaner than in the past.

Great customer service and support when purchasing

This machine requires pampering. It needs a cleaning cycle to be run regularly, extra care for the outside finish, as well as the tub surface. There is standing water in the bleach dispenser constantly, to where one has to soak all the water up before one can put a sufficient amount of bleach in. A call to the manufacturer gave me no satisfaction as to where all this water came from or how to rid the machine of this nuisance. Consumer Reports gave this machine a 25% chance of "breaking down" within 4 years! My old Maytag was a workhorse for more years than I can count!! However, it does a great job of cleaning all types of material well.

The cycles I have used seem to do a pretty good job. I'm such a sceptic when trying new machines, but have been pleased so far, and hope that all the fancy electronics will last many years... You will hear about it if it doesn't . It was an adjustment for me with the long cycles, but there are options that allow for a quick wash if I need it. Also can add more laundry later if I forgot something. Lovin it so far. My cloths seem to be clean , and I use the sanitizer cycle on all my towels and wash cloths at night (2 and 3/4 hour cycle) so it's not that big of deal.

This washer is perfect for my needs. It it is quiet, efficient, easy to use and does a great job cleaning my clothes. I am so glad I chose it!

We upgraded to this LG washer, and. We love it, easy-to-use, setup, etc. Would highly recommend. Love LG products they really stand behind there products.

Purchased this washer/dryer set about a month ago and I'm very satisfied with them. The capacity to wash and dry loads is well above what I was expecting and the steam settings work great!!

This machine was not our first pick as we were going by consumer reports - but the drier was not available from Best Buy in Gas. So we went with our 2nd pick which was this machine. We are pleased with its performance. The delivery was handle most professionally and on time.

After dealing with a front loader washer that smelled even after draining it I decided to return to the top loader washer. This washer is amazing. It's quiet, balanced and washes clothes better than any washer I have used. It is huge! It really washes all bedding at one time. Many options and it automatically senses weight of clothes and uses just enough water. The only drawback is I am 5'3" and have to use a step stool to reach all the clothes. I love this washer and the graphite color looks great it my laundry room.
