Absolutely in love with this washer. The few complaints I have seen regarding how it does not clean well I just dont understand. Works soooo much better than my previous Amana/LG front loader. Tons of options Ill never likely use but I had $1000 in gift cards to get rid of so Ill take it.

We have had this for almost 6 years with the matching dryer and have not had any problems with either of them. I choose this size washer so I can wash my queen sized down blankets, I don’t think it will fit out kind though, I might have to send that one out but for the most part it hold a lot of laundry.

It's a pretty big size tub ..washes nicely..but I have noticed a smell if leave clothes there for 8-10 hrs which was never the case with my old whirlpool machine..

This washer was a great price and it easy to use. Plenty of room and it operates very quietly. Lots of options for different cycles and it looks beautiful. (accidentally submitted this review for the dryer that I purchased with it ... dryer is just as amazing and quiet!)

Replaced an older Whirlpool washer that was nearing the end of its cycle (no pun intended). This LG unit uses less water and detergent than the old one did. We have not used all the features yet but we are pleased with our purchase..

Had a 30 year old washer that was beginning to show a lot of wear. Spoke to a friend who sells appliances and they advised the LG model washers. Decided to check them out and I located a gem I can really appreciate and has made washing clothes so easy and efficient.

I cannot believe the difference in experience between this washer and our old washer. This cleans amazingly well. The choices of wash cycles is plentiful. It's nice to see how much time is left per load. The end of cycle song is nice (especially if your machine is on a different floor). Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Super High tech feel, yet so easy to operate. Can put a huge amount of clothes in it.

I love this washing machine. The tub is huge and I can wash my kingsize quilt in it easily! It's easy to use and does a good job on washing clothes. My only regret is I didn't get the dryer to match. I plan to get one the next time it goes on sale!

I selected a high efficiency top loader because I had heard from several friends that they didn't like their front loader for various reasons: didn't wash well, musty odor and had to keep the door open, too hard to load and unload because low to the ground, etc. This high efficiency top loader is rated #1 by Consumer Reports, however, the matching dryer (which I bought along with this washer) is not a recommended dryer (but I think is fine except for the steam cycle). The washer works well enough, however, I find that some things are hard to clean such as deodorant does not always come off clothing unless the 2 hour heavy soil cotton setting is selected. The steam feature does nothing more than extend a wash cycle to 3 hours or more with absolutely no benefit in cleaning, so save the extra $$ and skip the steam! I am wondering if I wouldn't have been better off getting another Kenmore with a center agitator, but this washer does work well enough for my needs. I have had the washer now for nearly 2 months and I average 8 loads a week, so I have learned which settings to use and which to ignore. I primarily use the heavy soil, cotton, and towel settings, and wool setting for delicates (but change the water temp to cold). I really would have preferred to skip all the presets and just had the option of water temp, soil level, and length of cycle--the presets are really a waste. I will say that I have never had a balance or wobbling issue. I do not have any experience with high efficiency washers, but since this was rated #1 by Consumer Reports and many customers like it, my guess is it must be better than some others out there. It really does wash well as long as you select a heavy soil setting which extends the cycle time from 1 hour to 2 hours.

This washer does a great job washing my clothes and I love all of the options. It looks really nice. I was a little skeptical at first because of the small amount of water it uses but I have washed some DIRTY clothes in it and they come out super clean. Love it!

I've had this washing for a little while now, and can attest to its quality. My clothes are always clean, and not tangled after washing. I can throw seven pairs of jeans, plus a few towels in there no problem. This means fewer loads and less energy used.

I purchased this washer after doing a lot of research and reviews from consumer reports. It was one of the best values from a high-performing washing machine. It's quiet, easy to use and has many washing settings. Definitely a nice unit!

I was concerned that I should get the next size up. Don't have that concern. It's capacity is enormous. I don't have enough clothes, bedding an towels to fill the thing up. It works really well too. Note that I've only had it for a month or so, so can't speak to durability, but so far, we love it.

I love the capacity and choices for washing. I also like the quietness.

We replaced our ten year old front load washer as it was on its way out the door and wanted to have the same brand dryer to make a pair. We wanted to get out of the front loaders washer as we had many issues with our previous one. We were a bit hesitant at first as we've never bought LG products but to our surprise both the dryer and washer have met and exceeded our expectations. we love ease of use and the numerous pre-programed settings that you can adjust and modify to your liking.

I could not be more pleased. I have had no problems of any kind and I love the steam options! I am short so I worried about reaching the bottom of tub but have worked that out easily with a small step stool. I absolutely love how clean everything is and how much time I save with fewer loads.
