Fit and finish are great. Feels solid. It is brand new so it runs as you would expect. Check back in 5 years. Reputation is good so, hopefully it stands the test of time. The only complaint I have is that the touch area in the upper right hand corner where the screen is black, the words are kind of hard to read. It doesn't bother me that much but it may some.

Bought this item on 2 December 2025. As of today it still isn't installed. I have had to pay our real estate agent to open the house. The last scheduled visit by your technician took most of her day and the visit was canceled by Best Buy close to 8pm in the evening. I am out $400 for the many times she has had to travel and wait. Are you going to reimburse me for some of this. I kept asking Best Buy to call her before going to the house. But no your system doesn't allow for simple arrangements, Today I was awakened at 4:15 am in California to say you were on the way to do the install. My agent lives an hour from the house. I still dont know what happened. I think she must have disowned me afyer all of your messing around

It washes clothes. My wife has no complaints so I am guessing it works well.

Love this washer. I have been debating getting a front loader for months and I am so happy that I did. None of the issues with my laundry being off balance and my clothes seem cleaner.

So far so good. The installation was easy. We were up and running in no time. It does an extremely good job of getting our clothes clean. And has an easy operation interface. Thank you.

This is the second LG front load we have bought. It has and continues to clean clothes well and handles large loads with no problem. Our first machine last 15years.

Great washer so far. This replaced a GE fresh vent washer that started having issues after 2 years.

Quiet, great cleaning and large tub! Loving this washer. Not so good: Door not changeable to either side and happens to be on side opposite of my dryer. Also, no back light on control panel.

i like it it does i need it to. i like the front load. its great. i love it. straightforward. im not smart, so too many knobs and lights i get lost. open door. put in clothes. close. done done.

This is the worse washing machine ever. I have had it since July 2025. If I could return it I would. You have to leave the door open, otherwise it will smell so bad like rotten mold. You have to clean the rim of the door every time, because if not there is mold forming. You have to be prepared to switch clothes immediately otherwise you will be rewashing, because your clothes will stink. This washer is just an inconvenience to my family. Now I have to spend another $1000 on a new washer after only 5 months. We will be buying a top loading washer!
