We've had this washer for less than 3 months and the drum is already banging around during the spin cycle. I wish I was allowed to upload a video with this review of how loud the banging is and how much it shakes with just a small load of light clothes as seen in the picture. I am very upset with this product, a washer should last longer than 3 months.

This washer has leaked from the day we purchased it! We usually love LG products but this washer is leaking enough to ruin the new floors we just installed . Not sure what to do…. Weve installed new water hoses etc, but can’t figure out where its coming from

This machine has lights letting you know what settings it’s on but it’s not lighting up everything for you to see if it’s on hot, cold or warm

You sold me a bad product. I don’t like. I will never buy anything at Best Buy again.

It's a nice washing machine for the price but it started making my clothes smell like a wet dog after only a couple of weeks, which I don't understand because I leave the door and laundry dispenser open and dry the rubber gasket with a clean cloth after each use as I know mildew and bacteria can build up if it doesn't have enough air flow. It's very quiet and cleans my laundry well. The presets are easy to use and it's nice that you can adjust them. Nice unit. Happy with my purchase, minus the wet dog smell...

I like my new LG washer so far. I received it a week ago. It’s simple to operate( doesn’t have a bunch of buttons) and cleans clothes well. It looks small on the outside but the interior is deep with lots of space to wash comforters or large loads.

So far all is working fine. The drum is bigger than our old one and we are enjoying that as well. Very easy to use with straightforward controls. Especially like the fact that we were able to put our old dryer which was not an LG on top of the new washer as it still is working fine.

From online ordering to pickup, all worked out seamlessly. In fact pickup was earlier than originally estimated. Fast and friendly customer service that loaded washer into vehicle. I’m grateful. The model I chose is very roomy and quite during cycles, It’s settings are simple and easy to use.

This washer is so user friendly!!! I didn’t have to read a manual for it because it’s so simple and a common sense washer. This was a really a replacement from my Samsung washer that I purchased two years ago! I was contemplating if I should get another front loader because the glass front shattered everywhere on my previous Samsung washer!!! I am so happy I decided to trust LG and Best Buy!!!! This washer is so much better and quieter when washing! With my last washer it would spin so hard you could feel it vibrate as it was spinning but this one you can barely feel it spinning so when the little music plays to indicate the wash is complete, it’s always a delight to hear it because I KNOW my LG has lived up to its promise by making my clothes smell so fresh and most importantly CLEAN!!!!

Product is great. Installation was great. Washing machine replaced a 20 year old Kenmore front loading stacked washer exactly like this one. LG dryer stacked on top. Installation team unstacked the dryer. Replaced the washer and restacked the dryer. It has been running like a dream. Old one had drain pump issues that were serviced and kept recurring with really bad smelling clothes. This new one is quiet, fast, easy to use and hopefully goes for another 20 years without needing any service. Love LG products.

Clothes come out clean with less detergent. Spin cycle takes out all the water. Quiet. User friendly interface.

I love this washer. I had purchased a top loader thinking it would be easier to remove the washed clothes at the end of a cycle but I wasn't happy at all. It was noisy (think grinding sound during the wash cycle.) Sometimes I had to run a load 2 x to get it clean. It left loads dripping wet after a spin cycle! I was able to replace it with this machine and it's a gem. It's quiet, it cleans the clothes well, it has a large capacity. I'm so glad to have this one!

I am happy with the decision on this washing machine. It runs smoothly and is very quiet. It does a great job cleaning my clothes. I love the capacity, It makes it so much easier to keep up with my laundry. I decided to go with the optional pedestal base and I am so happy I did.

The washing machine is excellent! It has all the features we need, works fine, and sturdy. The buttons aren’t complicated to use or anything, and even though this one doesn’t have the steam function, the clothes are warmed up after each cycle. The only reason it’s missing a star is because the value for money- we’d saw this machine being under $650 used or when bundled, that when we bought it for >$800, it felt like I was ripped off. Basically we bought a ~$700 machine at $800. There was also a 10% rebate from Best Buy when signing up for the mybestbuy credit card that we haven’t got yet. When it was delivered there was a small dent near the back of the machine (that also adds to the missing star), but luckily I had compensated LG customer service and was compensated. Overall, this is a quality machine to get, but at this price tag, I’d recommend waiting for a coupon/deal that saves you $50-$100 before considering (if you have the time to do so) (PS: We’d only had this machine for a month so can’t speak for its longevity right now, but so far so good).

Excellent washer, very quiet and it looks amazing. The tub is large and I'm very impressed with how my clothes come out.

This washer is a nice basic washer, holds a good amount of clothing and washes well. I've never owned a front-loader until now and I really like it. I have had it almost 2 months now. It's simple to use and I've had no issues. If you are looking for a basic washer that's easy to use, then this is a good choice.
