We have had this washer for about a month. I got a great deal on it for black friday, and our original LG went caput after 15 years. This was a great upgrade, I love how it alerts us to when the load is done on the app, saving a trip down to the basement. The washer is QUIET! (not that it matters for us, it is in a basement, after all) The clothes come out super dry and clean. There are so many wash cycles and the app allows the washer to "upgrade" to new features constantly so I can only see it getting better.

i bought this to replace my whirlpool that was less than 2 years old because it kept breaking down and, ive been pleasantly surprised, it cleans clothes very well, its fairly quiet, i have had not a single problem out of it, even with the dog hair from my shepherd, i absolutely love it! i will buy lg again and again after my experience with this washer, they are miles ahead of othe manufacturers in my opinion

I’ve had the LG 5.0 cu. ft. Smart Front Load Washer for a bit now and it’s been great. It’s super quiet, handles big loads like comforters with no problem, and the TurboWash cycle really cuts down the time while still getting clothes clean. The steam feature is nice for freshening up bedding and workout gear. The only downside is learning all the cycles at first and having to keep the door cracked after use, but overall it’s a solid, high-quality washer that I’d definitely recommend.

Great washing machine! Its been far too long since I've had a reliable and efficient washing machine I didnt need to wrestle with every spin cycle. Our previous washing machines were crap or crapped out. But not this baby!! Clothes are clean everytime. I love the customizable settings. You can pick to not dispense soap or softener, for whatever reason. We had a flea scare soon after getting it and we were able to wash multiple loads back to back efficiently within a day with no problem.

I love how this new LG washer allows you to program your wash the way you want it to perform. Also, love how it is all digital, without the ouside selection print, which was wearing off on my previous 11yr old LG washer. This new upgrade is simply beautiful and very user friendly. I mean as soon as you turn it on, it says "Hello." Also, I love the auto detergent/softener machine load by sensing how much clothes are in your load, saving you detergent by not allowing you to overload the reservoir. Last, it has "ThinkQ" to allow you to link up to your phone for remote operation from anywhere.

So far so good. I like all of the automatic sensing modes. It dripped from the door the one time I ran the self cleaning mode and if I had 30 seconds of spare time to look into it I would, but hopefully it's something I can remedy on my own.

I lost my 3 yr old LG machine in the hurricane. I wanted the same as replacement but LG had replaced that model with this newer version. I love it. I didn’t think I would like it more than the one I had but I find this one more user friendly. The machine itself does a great job and I like the different load options. I would buy it again.
