There is a screen filter that clogs up within months and makes the washer unusable. To fix requires pulling out the washer, disconnecting input hoses, and removing filter to clean every few months. Per technician this is a very common problem with this unit but LG will not accept ownership as manufacturer defect and will do nothing to help. Best Buy only will refer you to LG.

With each new load, I have to change those modifiers. You'd think a computer controller would have that capability, but it doesn't.

The placement on the pedestal is awful...the holes do not line up since you cannot retract the legs any further. Even the gentleman who installed it says it is a known issue.
