Was worried about going from top load to front load. No need to have had to. More capacity and easy to use.

So far so good. This LG washer has been a life saver in my home. The cycles are quiet, love the Wi-Fi application, and the machine is easy to operate. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Working as expected, easy. Our last washer was an Lg as well and it lasted well over 10yrs. So we bought again.

I love how this new LG washer allows you to program your wash the way you want it to perform. Also, love how it is all digital, without the ouside selection print, which was wearing off on my previous 11yr old LG washer. This new upgrade is simply beautiful and very user friendly. I mean as soon as you turn it on, it says "Hello." Also, I love the auto detergent/softener machine load by sensing how much clothes are in your load, saving you detergent by not allowing you to overload the reservoir. Last, it has "ThinkQ" to allow you to link up to your phone for remote operation from anywhere.

Nice washer with large capacity and AI sensing tech makes washing easy. You can even add soap ahead of time and it will let you know when to add more.

I love the features of my new washing machine! I pair it with the dryer and they work hand in hand to make the whole experience much more convenient.

Very powerful yet quiet washer! Works even better after updating software via LG ThinQ app, which guides the users on when and how to do routine maintanance. Great product. Unfortunately, delivery logistics by Bestbuy web order were a nightmare, with mutliple delays and zero explanation. Local Bestbuy agent and senior staffs were able to help us get the delivery made after several days of delay. Bestbuy website order needs to up their standards on customer communication.

So far so good! This washer is awesome and having it connect to my Alexa is even better because Alexa will say “Your wash is done”! This washer is amazing and with the AI feature it sense the type of clothing and how much clothes in the and even better uses the right amount of laundry detergent needed to wash the clothes.

I actually ended up getting the same washer but in white to save a little money. The washing abilities were the same. I have been using this washing machine for the last 3 months and absolutely love it! I love that you can download the app and get alerts when the cycle is complete. It has a lot of cycles to choose from depending on the type of laundry and also the amount of time you have. If you are pressed for time there is a cycle for ‘quick wash’ that still gets your clothes clean but in a shorter amount of time. I love my new washing machine and I believe no other company can compare to LG’s products.

Love the way the washer looks and no fingerprints, also has many functions big capacity and small load as well. Door barely gets wet prevents mold build up. User friendly.

The units are beautiful! Noteworthy: It took 3 tries to get us a dryer that wasn't dented. LG doesn't put styrofoam protection on the vertical corners of the units. This may save them money, but we had to wait for 3 dryers to be delivered before we got one that wasn't dented. Best Buy should alert them!

So efficient, would buy nothing else! This machine is very quiet and cleans in half the time of my last machine.

Our old washer of 25 years gave up the ghost. My wife and I checked Consumer Reports for their view and ratings of current washing machines available. This LG seemed to fill the bill. Quite a technological difference from the old to the new. Automated soap dispensing, WiFi, etc. The best thing is the programming flexibility, quality of cleaning, and how quiet it is. You must read the documentation completely to enjoy the full capabilities of the machine. Because the washer is in the garage, having the WiFi status indicator is very useful. For others looking for a washer I would take a look at this one. Very satisfied and hopeful it lasts as long as the previous washing machine. PS Bought the pedestal. Expensive but worth it.
