Not only looks good, cleans clothes very well. Best Buy delivery personnel did a great job. Even explained how to operate the washer. Unfortunately my hot water valve broke while it was being tightened. Employee said he may have tried to tighten too much. Advised me that the office would contact me later that day. They did and explained the claim process and someone from Sedgwick would contact me within two days. Shelly did contact me within the two days. Long story short, everyone from the delivery, installation and claims office were so nice. I was able to wash clothes using cold water in the meantime. Thank you to everyone involved. Have 10+ years with LG front loads and very happy with brand operation and performance. Even though "it's a washer", read the manual to get a grasp of how and what it can do and how to program detergent dispensing. Life will be better. No negatives to mention.

Works great just wish my dryer would arrive its been cancled twice.

Have had this for about a month. This replaced a LG that lasted for close to 15 years. So far washer seems to be fine. I some with an "AI wash" - don't know that it means, but seems to do the trick! BB service was very good.

Love this washing machine. It’s so easy nobody can tell me they don’t know how to work it and how much detergent to fill in it because it’s already done! I love that the app reminds me when I haven’t removed a completed load because forgetting happens easily in our house! Best Buy did a wonderful job on delivery, set up and removal of old washing machine!

We absolutely love this washer. It's so quiet and it gets everything very clean. 100x better than what we had. We were loyal to Maytag for way too long, and so glad we chose this set. Now we just need the dryer to get here.

Great product. We replaced the old washer when it held our clothes hostage. The technology on this new washer is blowing our minds. It's quiet and efficient and the technology is so fun.

It gets the clothes clean, has a large capacity, and lots of options. I'm still learning how to use the different settings. The clothes come out clean and it's easy to use, once you learn the various options.

Works great. Quiet. Gets clothes clean. We replaced a 9-year-old LG unit that had a small leak. We had a lot of laundry to get through in the first few days of ownership. It also pairs well with the new LG dryer we also bought. The washer can tell the dryer what settings to use. I’m not entirely sure how necessary the app is. But it was easy to set up. In the past the apps were all garbage. But this one tells you what’s going on and gives you control to run the washer. It’s higher-end but seems worth the price.

This is the best washer we have had! It cleans perfectly, is quiet, has many different settings, and has a mode to clean itself. Definitely worth every penny!

We love our new LG washer. It took some getting used to with the settings, but it can sense your load and adjust on its own. Very quiet and easy to use. A bit pricey, but it had the extra capacity we wanted in a decent size package.

I purchased this washer and dryer back in September. This is my first experience with an appliance that connects to WiFi. Aside from the WiFi, both appliances are very easy to use and the ThinQ app makes it easier to check on the appliances. My only issue with both is that the drums are very large and its hard to get the clothes out sometimes especially if they are in the back. I did not purchase the stands with them but wish i did. The washer does run a little loud too when running water bur that is minor. Really happy with this purchase. I bought them online without seeing them in the store though. However i read reviews on them and have not regrets. They're certainly much better than my ild washer and dryer.
