I love this washer. It's quiet, large, cleans exceptionally well, beautiful, and has lots of options for various types of loads. My wash loads, from sheets and quilts to clothing, aren't twisted or tangled. It has automatic detergent and softener dispensers that you fill easily, then get around 18 washloads before having to refill. The washer alerts you to when it's time to refill. The controls are simple and can be modified for your specific needs. Since I have a smaller laundry room, I also appreciate that the controls are on the front, converting the top into a large, clean folding surface. I discovered just one issue, not a deal breaker, but good to be aware of. Covering the "on" sensor button during the wash cycle turns the machine off. I found this out when I stood close to the button, blocking out any light. Except for restarting the entire cycle, I haven't yet figured out a way to resume where the cycle was interrupted, so a few loads went through the full wash cycle again. I now simply avoid covering that spot. I do plan to contact LG, nevertheless.

Really a great washing machine. Very efficient, nice, and great capacity. Only downside is that it is hard to connect it to wifi. And most of its useful functionalities are available on its mobile app. BestBuy installers didn’t bother themselves to connect it to our wifi. They even didn’t arrange or adjust the position of the machine. They just hooked it up and left us with the mess. And believe me, it is very heavy to move. We pushed it back and forth, side to side. Overall, we are very happy with the our purchase. Just get someone with technical knowledge to contact it to your wifi, and mobile app. And then you can enable functions like spinning only or raising only on the device itself. At the beginning it looks not user-friendly but after connecting it to wifi it is very easy to operate and the app gives you very useful information.

This washer washing fast 35mins a load and quiet, clothes comes out clean no complaint there. Original I bought the 2-in-1 wash and dryer Best Buy unplugged my dryer to install to the 2-in-1 but decided to rerun it snd get just the washer only Best Buy refused to install my dryer back, no even willing to help move the dryer back in its original space which is like 6 ft away. I think it’s not making sense to me,so be aware.

This thing is pretty good. We wash something nearly every day. A 15 minute quick wash helps when needed. Washes Bedding effectively, without dancing around. Bottom line stuff gets clean. Don’t need WiFi? Maybe not but it’s handy to be able to remind someone to get their stuff out of the washer and into the dryer. Because I got a message on my phone that said it was done. Bottom line. It gets stuff clean. “They” say LG is one of the most reliable right now, we will find out. Outstanding after a month of heavy use. Wife wanted “the biggest she could get without having to use quarters” This is almost the biggest but it is plenty big for a comforter. It was the largest capacity available in white. You can have a mini washer in the pedestal or just a drawer. That’s maximum efficiency. We are happy!

I can't believe the difference in cleaning. I was constantly buying new clothes due to armpit stains, thinking I was the problem. Well it turns out our old top loader should have been junked the second we bought it new. I went through my closet and ran a sweat stains cycle on all of my shirts that had armpit stains and I was astonished the difference the new LG washer made. I wouldn't wear these shirts around the yard due to sweat stains and I now could now wear to church again as the stains were miraculously taken out. My wife is thrilled at the cleaning power and ability to remove stains from our childrens clothing that used to take some elbow grease and stain remover prior to the washer can now be tossed in without any additional effort with stains coming right out. I really do think the turbo 360 is the ticket with several jets of water squirting the clothing during the wash cycle. The washer is super quiet and spins the clothes almost dry, resulting in less time spent in the dryer. VERY energy efficient. We honestly have nothing bad to say after the first couple months and 40 cycles in. Despite the washer having so many cycles, it is super easy to use and operate. The one down fall would likely be the amount of tech in this washer and a lot of things that could break or malfunction in the future. Worth every penny!

So far, the washer works great. It has an AI feature that adjusts the washing time based on the weight and materials of the clothes. You can connect your washer to your LG app and navigate it remotely.

Washer was reasonably priced, and features are good for the price. Washer covers all the bases. Haven't tried the "AI" mode yet, but all the standard settings are there. The machine functions as expected, I just hope it ends up being a reliable machine.

Very modern looking. Great ai capabilities, so far so good. Shakes a bit but it could be my fault as i installed aftermarket wheels since i am stacking the dryer in a tight space, might have to remove the wheels to avoid shaking.

The only thing I would like on this washer is the ability to switch the door opening for ease of transfer to the dryer. Other than that, I love this washer for ease of use and the variety of cycle modes. The ability to clean the machine is something new that will be very useful. The look of the set with the matching dryer is clean and elegant. The laundry seems to come out cleaner than with the 30 year old top loader it replaced. The ThinQ app is a bonus as well.

Absolutely love my new washer and dryer!! Works great for my big family of 10, yes we have 8 kids!! Couldn’t have gotten a better recommendation than this set!!!

This washer is very quiet and surprisingly fast. I love how big it is to accommodate a variety of loads and the downloadable options are plenty. It’s extremely nice not having to load the detergent every time, just throw the clothes in and let it clean your clothes. It was more than I wanted to spend but it has made this part of my life so much easier.

So far so good, very quiet operation and the 5.0 Cu. Ft. capacity is a tremendous benefit. King size comforters and blankets are now able to fit in the washer. The technology built into this washer makes washing clothes an efficient and effective operation. The automatic detergent and softener dispenser is also a great plus since it automatically disburses the exact amount needed based on the load.

This is a great machine! There are plenty of ootions. It does a great job with washing all of our clothes.

We had our Kenmores Washer for 12 years when it started having issuesand when it did it went downhill fast, so we reached out to Consumer Reports and investigated our options between several models of washers, but I have to say that if the LG washer is anything like the LG refrigerator and dishwasher we purchased in the spring, then we can't go wrong with our new washer and dryer by the same company. I have been running our loads for the past several days, and we are thrilled with the unit's size, the drum's capacity, and the slick front display dashboard.

Had some struggles with balance but once with fine tuned the level it works great. My wife loves the design and the ease of use. Not having to add soap every load also has been more efficient as we do not use as much soap.

So happy with our new LG front load washer. Great capacity for a king sized blanket, bedspread or duvet. What I like most is the “AI sensing” cycle for most loads as it senses load size, bulkiness, etc., for cycles. Wash time is way less than with my older washer. One word of caution…wipe excess water drops off the rim, inside the rubber casing and insider of door. Also keep front door ajar to dry out. All of these steps will prevent mold. And - be sure to clean the filter at the bottom left of the machine every 2-3 months so it doesn’t clog.
