Our Samsung majn bearing went just after 7 years! To expensinve to fix. Read all reviews and this seemed like a solid machine! Boy was i right the WIFE LOVES IT and as we know HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE! She loves the auto soap feed feature and she only has to reload it after 20 loads are done. It does a stellar job on cleaning clothes and is a very quiet running machine! Highy recomend this LG.

I am in love with this washer. The reviews on LG washers are excellent so I chose the LG 5 CuFt HE Front Load and am very pleased with this purchase. Besides it's huge capacity, it gets the clothes cleaner and is done in half the time my old GE washer took. I like that it notifies my phone when the cycle is done and then it tells the dryer what cycle to use. I highly recommend this washer.

Great we bought the LG washer /7.4 LG dryer and 2 pedestals. The Guys that delivered the units were great they made quick time installing them and took the time to explain how to use them. Another great purchase and Really like the LG brand .

We have been so very pleased with the quality, design and quiet opperation of our new washer. We love how clean our laundry is after all cycles! The options are wonderful as well! Love it!

Really like the automatic detergent dispenser. Press start and go. This thing spins the heck out the clothes, not much water remains, which is good. You peel your clothes off of the drum. LOL My only concern is whether the government mandated less water use is cleaning my clothes less. It has really short clean cycles compared to my previous washer.

Terrific machine. Nice large capacity, and cleans very well even as it is quicker than my last washer. Great value when combined with the matching dryer.

Does everything I need it to do and more. The washer is very quiet and I don't have any initial complaints of the washer alone. If you do stack the drier, the knob and settings are too high and it's hard to see what is selected.

I love almost everything about my new washer and dryer! You can download new programs—mostly new cycles. I have seventeen and counting! I get notifications of every single thing that happens with the system: today I go a notice that I had a power failure and needed to start the program again. I get notification when the cycle is done. The only thing it doesn’t do is put the clothes in or out-since I purchased the pair I don’t have to worry about adding detergent as this is automatically dispensed to my specifications. I do miss that you don’t have the ability to set the time by minute increments on either the washer or dryer. You only have the option, for example, of drying for 10-20-30 minutes and nothing in between. The washer self-cleans, which in a front-loader is a necessity. I love the fact that both are online and highly interactive with me, the user, as to machine health, ability to download new features, and progress of wash cycles. No longer do I have to guess at when the laundry is done. I am so glad that I made this purchase!

The machine are very quiet and efficient. Easy to use and l like to use the app from the phone.

Had a previous model from 8 years ago in my previous house. Haven't been able to use a ton yet because this went into new property. Machine runs quiet. The touch screens are a great upgrade to keep the machine looking sleek. Will be interested to test its capacity on queen size items, but all signs point to it being effective.

We have had this unit for a week, it is very quiet and washed clothes quite well. The only issue that was encountered was when paired with the matching pedestal, the mounting equipment does not quite line up. You can make it work, but you must heavily angle the screws to get them to catch. One thing I love thus far is that it can attach to your wifi and you can control it via LGs app for remote cycles.

Not only is this washer sexy, it also get my clothes clean and fresh. My king size bedding fit perfectly with plenty of space left. The AI feature is a nice and convenient add on!

Have 10+ years with LG front loads and very happy with brand operation and performance. Even though "it's a washer", read the manual to get a grasp of how and what it can do and how to program detergent dispensing. Life will be better. No negatives to mention.
