I bought this washer because my Samsung top load went to the bone yard after only six years. I wanted the efficiency of a front loader, but the size of a top loader, and I found this 5.2 cu of a beauty! It’s big enough to wash all of my blankets, towels, and comforters with ease! I am in awe of how dry everything comes out of a cycle as well. Our clothes smell fresher after being washed in this machine, too, so I know it’s cleaning our clothes so much better! So far I am very happy with my purchase!

This is the best washing machine I've ever owned!! I can actually say it has improved my laundry experience and made the job easier! My review is based on several months using the machine. It takes huge loads of laundry, cutting way back the number of loads I do per week. I've had front loading machines before and this machine has some obvious improvements. It is super quick and it uses very little water, yet everything comes out clean. Water sprays onto the clothes from different locations in the drum throughout the washing and rinsing cycles, while the clothes spin in different directions. So smart! It works the way a human being would manually wash and rinse their clothes. I love the drum light ... only wish it would come on every time you open the door. I love this machine!!!! Would buy it again in a heartbeat!

There’s nothing else in the market with as much features and specially with this capacity. Super quiet and easy to use.

The only reason I give this 4 stars is that you cannot see the control panel as it is not backlit (we have to use a flashlight). Also there isn't just a spin only option. A couple of times the clothes were so wet on the medium spin setting that they couldn't be put into the dryer, and had to use the rinse/spin option. Also, if you have the detergent drawer and the washer door open (we like to let the machine dry in between loads), they hit each other. Otherwise, it cleans very well.

Super elegant, quite and gets the job done. Only had it for a few weeks now but so far I can fit all of my sheets and comforter from my king size bed and get it all wash in 1 run. I normally wash all of my clothes together and now I am washing 2-3 times a month because it fits everything I have. so far no regrets, I will update later if anything changes.

Huge capacity, quiet, cleans clothes effectively without damaging them. Have only had this unit for a month, but very satisfied thus far.

These LGfront load washing machines Are very efficient, they are wide working units, handles really large loads well, doesn’t vibrate much with big loud’s, The mixing unit at the top of the washing machine does a good job mixing the fabric softener, Clorox, and detergent and Dispensing Them into the wash cycle very well, I would highly recommend this machine.

This washer is great! Very quiet and energy efficient. The large capacity is great for large loads and bedding.

I recently purchased this LG front-load washer, I'm super pleased so far with how well it washes and how silence it when its in cycle, I've been using it non stop since I got it with loads of towels and blankets what would normally take 2 or 3 cycles it all fits in this big size washer, I placed a full load of towels, and blankets to wash and they come out looking and smelling fresh.

EPIC! Perfect for a bigger family and not doing laundry frequently. performance and features are great. Can't say for sure its part of the unit itself, or my water. But, it is fairly loud when its filling.

Very large load capacity. Easy to use. Very quiet. Stacks easy with the dryer combo.

It’s big and does a great job! I love the stainless steel inside the washer. It’s quiet and exactly what I wanted!

This washer is a life saver. It handles 7 family members dirty laundry and just keeps on chugging. I do approximately 3-4 loads a day for 4 or 5 days a week. Cleans 4 boys dirty cloths with ease. Just make sure not to over fill it. I've been using it since September 2020 and I still think it is great.

So far we’ve had this washer for a couple weeks and everything works wonderfully. We love that it tackles larger loads and clothes just feel cleaner when they come out (vs our previous which was top load). Haven’t experienced the complaints most people have with front-load washers yet, but will definitely update review if they arise.

So far so good. This is a very large machine with the pedestal and it is very quiet and also efficient.will recommmend.

I’ve had this washer for about 3 weeks now, and I really like it. We originally bought a LG 5.5 capacity top loader with no agitator and exchanged for this. The first thing I noticed is this washing machine cleans so much better than the top load with no agitator. I have yet to use the steam/sanitary mode but I’m looking forward to it since I resumed work and would like to wash my scrubs using that mode. Overall, it’s a great washing machine. It is definitely worth the money. Only thing I wish it had is an app, where you can start a load using an app on a phone.

So far it’s been working great! LG is excellent brand, previously owned a LG washer and dryer for many years and never had an issue with it and still have it working now. This is the reason why we choose a second LG washer over all the other brands. They are reliable and easy to use. I can get larger loads done at the same time (large family). I love the sanitizer feature!! Totally worth it.

We went from a smaller old washer/dryer combo to this upgraded larger LG washer. We can finally wash comforters at home in addition to all of our regular items. This holds soo much more than our old washer, its much quieter, and it works like a charm.

We purchased this model 8 years ago and our family has used it daily, frequently washing large items and large loads. After 8 years the main bearing finally went out. It could have been repaired but considering the heavy use it had seen, I decided to retire it and replace it with the exact same model. Hoping it lasts as well as the first one.

Great washer! Had it at our old house and love it so much bought it again. Have 3 kids so it being extra big helps cut down the loads. Only downside is you have to drain water out of it once in awhile through the hose otherwise it starts smelling. But not a big deal.
