The 1st LG washer I purchased was 16 years ago. Never had a single problem with it. Because of that, this purchase was a LG washer as well. So far I absolutely love it. It's very easy to use, is quiet, and washing cycles are fast. I highly recommend this particular model.

The washer is great. Very big and good for large loads. Quiet.

First of all, this thing is HUGE! I think I can put my whole closet in and there is still room. The washer has so many programs, sometimes I am not sure what to use :). The inner drum shakes when it spins fast but I guess that's per design. Overall quality is good, but wifi connects only when in use and also not many features are available on the app.

It’s so quiet and very gentle on our clothes. Cleans really well. Very user friendly.

This is a really awesome washer. Not only has it cut our washing time in half (or more), it's just an all around awesome product. The variety of settings is great. Plus the ability to download different wash cycles is awesome. Plus the size is great. It's nice to now be able to do in one load what took up to 3 previously. Plus the wifi connectivity is great for alerts and keeping track of how much time is left.

This model washer, when paired with the matching dryer AND pedestals look amazing. Although they have only been through a handful of loads since install, they seem to get the job done. They're pretty quiet for the size they are but I'll have to see once we wash our cal king comforter(which is one reason we went with this washer). I have not tried the wifi capabilities yet but good to know they're there.

I have used the washer for several months. Very pleased with the performance. Clothes are clean and slightly damp when finished. Unit provides several settings. I have not found the wifi functions of much use because you can not start the unit unless it is left on. I mainly use the wifi connection as a notification of when laundry is complete.

Efficient, quiet, has all the newest features.large enough to wash my bedspread and comforters.

Awesome washer. Love the fact that it has an allergy setting especially since we have allergies in my household. It's easy to use. This model has the capability to monitor the status of the wash via an app. I just wish the app would notify you when the wash is complete. It's a good size for those that have a big family or wash a lot of clothes. Highly recommend this washer.

The nicest waster we ever got..well worth it. We needed the large capacity to wash our beddings and clothes. This washer can do easily and cleans very well. We researched many washers and choose this one. It's on the $$ side though but ended up with a great deal, Black Friday!!!!

One of the best purchases we have made. My 2 year old GE washer would just twist things up, bounce all over the room and sometimes just give up and shut it's poor little self down. This washer can sense what to do, is quiet, washes excellent not to mention looks really good.

This has been a solid purchase so far. i had a LG model before that lasted 10 years. We really trust the LG brand for washers/dryers. We have a large family and do washes almost daily. This unit is big enough to get the job done and is very quiet. The mobile app could use some work though.

Love this washer. It can handle anything and is quiet while operating. One of the big benefits is never having to worry about an imbalanced load again. The number of settings gives me plenty of choices when doing the laundry. My wife gets excited every laundry day.

I love my new washer! I appreciate the base below it which makes it the perfect height! It has all of the features I wanted and needed! It works awesome! It is user friendly and my clothes, sheets and towels come out clean and ready to dry. Great model, so grateful I purchased this model!

What a pleasure doing the wash! The options make it easy to customize how to wash my clothes . The clock showing how much longer for the cycle to run is appreciated. Clothes seem cleaner especially the whites on that special cycle.

The first thing that comes to mind when reviewing this machine is the massive size of the unit itself. Be sure you measure your opening before ordering this washer & dryer set (they are wide, and with the pedestals, very tall). Overall, the machine is super quiet and efficient. We love all of the features on this unit!

Love it. Everyone was very nice and gave me all the options I needed to make this purchase. The delivery and removal of my old machine went smoothly. There was an issue with getting through the door but we got that taken care of.

Had for about a month now and happy so far. Does a great job washing clothes. Build quality is great and is reasonably quiet, but not nearly silent. I had the 8100 series for a few days, but returned them and bought these because the 8100 was very loud. I was surprised to learn the 9000 series lacks wash/dry modes that the 8100 series has. Smartphone app functionality is very convenient and works well.

Love, love, love this washer!It washes so quick with the turbo wash on it that the dryer can’t keep up with drying! It does a great job with cleaning your clothes, you can do really big loads with it and it will still do a good job! Highly recommend this one!

Great washer that does it job just right! Very silent too. Very HEAVY though. Especially with the optional pedestal washer. Totally ask for the installation as you wouldn't be able to do it yourself. Avoid the hassle and get it done.
