Says in the description griddle and air fry tray included and its not included. I assumed its air fryer oven since it says the tray is included but its not. Buying the griddle separatley is like i should have bought the higher model that is air fryer with griddle included. Also says “Begin preheating the oven from the office and get a jump-start on that perfectly planned meal” Not true since somebody in the house should always to turn on the remote start to be able to preheat the oven in the app which defeat of the purpose of what they are claiming that you can preheat while on your way home.

Not very happy with any of the LG products I just purchased. Spec said griddle for this stove was included- it was not. Called customer service for 2 months to get a griddle; they sent me a grille-grate. Called back to return item; they can't find griddle spec or number. I haven't turned on the oven yet. If I have this much problem with a part; I would hate to tackle malfunction of the oven.

Can’t review as I still haven’t gotten my item.
It is past the supposed delivery date to the store. Also even though I have the protection plan, they will not deliver given my location.
Therefore I have to rent a trailer and make a special trip to pick it up.
Very discouraged.
Even though I did nothing t recommend this item it is simply because I don’t have it to evaluate.

Ordered LG gas stove on Oct. 15 with November 20th delivery for the Thanksgiving cooking. On November 20th, Best Buy contractors arrived, rudely ordered me to take down baby safety gates (BB delivery guys prior to that never had problem lifting or maneuvering around it), to inform me in 5 minutes that LG gas stove they brought had a dent. OK. Asked the delivery contractors guys when I should expect the replacement, they said to call Best Buy and took off. Called/chatted with Best Buy for at least a week, went to my store in Fredericksburg, VA, but no information on the stove replacement. On December 1st proceeded with cancelling the order. Made another order the same day and so far, 2 cancelled delivery appointments on December 7 and 12, with the next promised delivery on December 19. Customer service is rude and not helpful. Asked for compensation or credit for my inconvenience was transferred to another agent with the same not-helpful attitude.

Arrived completely busted on one side and awaiting exchange. I was informed at the tone of purchase this was a propane gas range. That is not true. You have to pay out of pocket to have a $150 for conversion kit to be placed on it. Not with the trouble
