color is off, washed out faces everybody is real pale. No crisp lines, blurry. Seems like a projection picture can't see from sides. All around bad picture. very unhappy had to return and that is(still going on) a nightmare. Don't use sub-contractors

So far, not bad, Great picture quality. The sound is okay but could use some improvement. I purchased the Polk soundbar for $179, which enhanced the sound to my specs. Setup was rather easy, almost self once the power was connected. The screen seems a little smaller than a 50 inch but still satisfied so far. Plenty of preloaded apps, as most TV's come with. The picture is very clear while looking at it from an angle so, I'm happy. I'm 48 hours in ownership; I'll update later.

I think I got this order as refurnished or returned back item because it does have problematic big time. I will contact the warranty and see what I can do with this TV.
