    Tv has great features with built in apps but the picture quality is poor and the pictures show so dark

    Bought this and wss delivered..put in my house and went on vacation. When I opened box up the screen was totally cracked..called best buy and they said they would do nothing since had been 15 days..so if you get something delivered make sure you take out of box same day..done with best buy..have been buying all my appliances and tv for all my life..never again

    Would like my TV

    I purchased this back in Dec 2021. I was supposed to have the Geek Squad deliver on Dec 21st (set this date in the store). I get email telling me they were delivering on Dec 14th which I told them I would be out of town that week and that's why I chose Dec 21st. Today is Jan 7th and still do not have my new TV. I've had nothing but issues trying to get this delivered.

    This TV is a piece of junk. No completed service with you, or LG, blame placed on DISH. Total rework with Dish and replaced equipment. TV does not hold the picture when placed on hold or fast forward. Could not be more displeased. V. C. Haydock

    Onscreen process for connecting TV to wireless network doesn't allow inputting of password. Replaced modem per Geek Squad recommendation--still can't connect. I have to use Amazon Firestick to connect. LG's customer service very little help. Very frustrating!

    Used this TV about tens times since we bought it, and had to reset it each time. Now it wont even turn on. Conveniently it is just out of warranty.

    HDMI ARC Device stopped working after 3 months so now, I have to use a second remote to control external sound. This TV is a waste of money and I regret the purchase.

    TRASH. Picture quality is crappy. You’re better of getting a TCL or Hisense that have QUANTUM in title.
