This is a great TV for the money. So glad I picked this one. Have had it for a little over a month now and have no issues. The picture is beautiful. Very happy and hoping it continues being a great purchase. Thankfully, this I researched first.

This tv was better than expected. I got it on sale and thought it might be too good to be true. Picture quality is great. The sound is good but I bought a sound bar which works very well. Overall this is a great tv with everything I needed.

I bought this 55 inch LG totally on impulse during Black Friday. I have to say, it is a pretty good unit for what it's worth. It has all of the standard smart features. I have been having problems however downloading additional content like HBO NOW to it. I haven't yet figured that out. Overall, a good tv.

We have had the tv for about a year and a half now. We have experienced no problems or issues with the LG. This is the second LG flat screen that we have owned and both deliver a sharp vivid picture with excellent colors.

Love this thing, works well, color is crisp. Only thing I'd change is that it doesn't automatically start showing picture in 4K, and we had to turn it on. Found out a year after owning it , that it wasn't on. Got it for a good price and on a sale too.

Very happy with this TV. The picture quality is excellent. The audio quality is ok, but it did not come with a manual and learning how to use all of its capabilities hasn't been easy for me. I'm still learning and I've had the TV for almost two months. Really like it and the price was fair.

Hadn't bought a new t.v. for many years. Best Buy assoc. Synid helped me make a decision on the LG 55" smart t.v. Amazing picture, couldn't be happier. Quite a difference from the 27" old t.v. It was on sale, great price.

The TV looks great. I'm most impressed with the sound. The curved sound channels that redirect the speakers right at the viewing audience leave you wondering why flat panel TVs didn't do this years ago. Great picture too!

I got this during the Black Friday sale at Best Buy. It is an amazing TV with amazing sound quality and picture. I guess it is the best in the market at this price. Netflix and other smart features work like a breeze.

Looked at a couple 4K TV's. This was the best one at a low price. The picture is great up close and far away. Great sound too, you don't need a sound bar. Nice and easy remote. It was easy to connection to my wifi.

The quality of the picture is excellent, you can also tweak it to your liking. One bonus I wasn't expecting was the sound, it has speakers that come out the front of the TV, so no need to rush out and buy a speaker.

We upgraded from a Sony 32" TV that lasted about 9 years so all of the technology was a big advancement from where we were. Picture quality is good but not as good as the more expensive 4K models which is why I gave it 4 stars. It is perfect for our needs and fit our budget.

Extremely happy with the quality of the picture. This the first LG I have have owned and I am very satisfied with the quality. If I have a complaint it would be with the sound. I know you can purchase a sound bar to compliment the television but should you really have too?

The TV has a great picture and a comfortable friendly interface. However, the remote is not the best quality and you can't watch anything that doesn't have an app (like HBO go) without plugging a computer. It doesn't work in the built-in browser due to not supporting java.

Bought this set for my daughter for the holidays, I really like LG products and this 4K Tv was one of the better values I have ever purchased! The picture is really great and it has a better than average remote.

I bought an LG TV years ago when they were still very expensive, but head and shoulders above the rest of the pack. The prices may have come down, but the quality still remains extremely high! It's a great TV!

Refresh rate is great, beautiful quality picture and light enough for my husband to hang on the wall without help. Got amazing Black Friday deal so well worth the $. Awesome Christmas present for our bedroom

I bought this particular television because it was the size that we needed and because it was on sale. Plus, the LG brand delivers. We haven't been disappointed although I'm trying to figure out why I have to turn the volume so high in order to hear it properly.

My mom is 89 and needed a new TV for the living room. We decided on this one because of price and ease of use. It has been perfect for her. All she needs is a clear picture and good size. It also has decent sound quality with no receiver or outside speakers.
