The store associate who helped me buy it was VERY honest with me and help me navigate all the different options of tvs and helped explain everything to me. He ended up helping me choose this tv and it is absolutely PERFECT. I am VERY greatful for the person who helped me buy it and for Best Buy having an affordable but QUALITY Tv!

Had to have geek squad out twice before we finally learned how to use it. Hard to believe you don't get any printed instructions or user manual when you buy some.

So far this is definitely an upgrade in overall quality from hardware to display/UI/etc. No complaints so far - great product for the price.
