The sales associate went above all to figure out the right model/size I wanted. My experience and deal I got was so good, I sent a friend of mine to grab the same tv as well.

TV has a very good picture. But, as many of these new TVs today are somewhat unnecessary complicated to set up. Not a Best Buy issue.
