Poor Product Quality.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product Failed in 7 months, TV will not turn on. I see a vertical white line on the screen and it powers itself down immediately. Contacted LG to get it replaced on warranty. They will only repair it, no option to replace. Took over a week just for them to have a repair person contact me. now they're saying 7-10 more business days to order parts. By the time it is repaired I'll be over a month without a TV. TV is nice, but their reliability is poor and they treat customers like quality control testers.

Not happy, at all. Terrible picture quality.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't live up to the hype. This TV is completely incapable of displaying dark colors, especially black. Basically, anything black is just a dark patch. You can't see actors dark or black hair. Even worse, you can barely see black actors faces. You can just forget it if the actors are wearing black clothes. It's all just a dark patch, a black hole on the screen. It's got some BS "AI" for sound, picture and whatnot but, it all makes everything even worse. Turning it all off makes things a bit better but not by much. I have a 5-year-old Samsung that is significantly better. It brighter and shows all the details on darker colors and easily handles black as well. Oh and one more thing...for some reason it's constantly buffering. Even though it is hardwired to a fiberoptic gigabit line, it's not able to play stuff on Netflix without constantly losing resolution. I have several other devices on the same connection and none of them have that problem. Save your money and buy a Samsung, that's what I will be doing after I return this.

Hardware Failure after a Year, No Support
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Panel failed a few days after the ungenerous 1 year warranty, and LG refused to even humor extending it to assist. Third OLED I've had since 2017, quality and support has gone down exponentially since then.

No more LG TV’s for me
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not very easy to get hooked up to streaming. Had to jump thru a bunch of hoops that weren’t necessary on other Brands. Very slow…buffers for several minutes. Will Stick to Samsung and/or Sony from here on.

Great TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG 55" Class C3 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart webOS TV is absolutely phenomenal. The picture quality is just mind-blowing, with incredibly deep blacks and vibrant colors that make everything pop. The gaming experience is top-notch, thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate and HDMI 2.1 ports. Watching movies in HDR is a treat, with support for Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG. The webOS 23 smart interface is smooth and has all the apps I need. It's definitely not the brightest OLED, but it holds up well even in a bright room. Overall, it's been the best TV I've ever owned.

What An Upgrade!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 1st oled TV and the most expensive. The picture quality is pretty remarkable. Breath taking at times. 4k movies are the best I've ever seen and I also appreciate the upscaling on some older dvds. The ease of use for the smart tv functions and the connectivity options were also a big draw for me. I'm not a gamer but I like the good reviews about it for the future. As for the downside, the internal speakers are like all tvs I've ever owned: no match for good external surround sound systems. I'm not sure about soundbars having never owned them. If you want a great cinematic experience which is the main reason I purchased this TV, don't count on the internal speakers to give it to you. Other than some confusion switching between inputs (got it straightened out after a week of use), I haven't found anything to really complain about other than I wish I could have afforded the 65 inch version. I think the c3 will come down in price for the holidays and when newer versions come out if you can wait to purchase. I couldn't wait due to a broken Vizio. Only thing comparable would be the Sony bravia but the expense was the deciding factor. If you do get it, you won't be disappointed. So far, I'm not.

Astonishing in your face Beautiful.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been looking at TV’s for very long time. There are all kinds of TV’s for different types of viewing. I can tell the difference in only two brands in the last seven years that stand out huge. One of those brands I have had for 2 decades and has never let me down. Recently I looked at Oled from Lg . I couldn’t believe my eyes. The Lg’s picture color, brightness and contrast is undienabely has to be the best. Brightness from the side to straight on crisp and clear viewing is as good as it gets. Superb!

Quality Display
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love this TV! The image is crystal clear. It was super easy to set up. The instructions were all graphics - no garbled translations. The only issue is that we still need a separate remote for regular cable, but I think that's a function of our cable service, not the TV. P.S. We did pair it with a soundbar because the audio quality of the store demo was not as great as we hoped.

Beats the S90C by a long shot
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you’re between the C3 and the S90C, go straight for the C3, amazing picture, perfect blacks, and smooth motion. I was torn between the two and I’m so happy I went with the C3. S90C doesn’t support nearly as many apps or as many features such as Dolby Vision, complete picture control, flawless voice control, and amazing sound in comparison.

Great picture at a decent price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture at a decent price. Wife and I love the screen. It’s the first OLED we’ve purchase. I set it up before she came home and she was stunned at the clarity. It really looks like stunning in real life. Kinda like you can see for the first time. If you are on the fence just get it. You won’t feel like you wasted your money.

LG C3 55" OLED 4K SMART TV REVIEW
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent TV both in picture quality and sound production. The 4K definition is almost too much definition and the colors are very realistic. The remote control is very easy to use once you make the adjustment for the control/scroll button in the middle of the remote.

Getting as Smart as the "Smart" TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very happy with the quality of the picture. Re: navigating the "Smart TV" You should supply the customer with a pamphlet with instructions and guides for user....versus the user having to go on line to look up information....Paying $1525. for a TV and then negotiating the computer and the TV to determine things that the "Smart TV" does is not easily achieved.... I don't want to have to download etc...when there has to be a convenient reference that you could have in your hand....I am negotiating the options by trial and error...
