Got a great deal on a display model perfect condition and came with everything it was supposed to. Picture is awesome! Got the 55" for the bedroom and the 65" for the living room. Again, best tv for the price!

The TV works perfectly and the picture is unbelievably sharp. Your sales representative was polite, friendly, and she selected the TV that suits our needs.. We took her advice and we are very happy with her choice.

55" is good enough screen size for a decent room. Great picture quality and sound. Quality of remote control could have been better. Since its a smart TV, an LG smart remote could be a great accompaniment.

I've had the LG for about a month and binge watched on it 3-4 sessions and watched a few NFL games as well. The picture is very good. There are panels with better pictures if you want to spend $4-500 more but I'd say the LG is tops in its comparable range. Granted this is subjective and I tend to prefer all panels sets dimmed a bit like Cinema or Movie modes. This LG panel seems to find a sweet spot between too bright and good contrast without hurting my eyes. I've used it with my PS4 as well games look good, also got an XBOX One S as part of a package deal and games also looked good on the panel. I docked one star (and I would have docked half if given that option) for the included stands. I don't like the little plastics stands set at the far ends of the panel. I much prefer the center stands. They may have used this type to stop the panel from wobbling or as cost savings not sure but either way they were set just far enough out that I had to buy a larger TV stand to accommodate them. The other complaint is there are only three HDMI inputs. This may or may not be a problem, but I feel beyond intro TV levels like base budget models TV's should have at least 5 HDMI inputs. This one may have gotten only three because of the skinny panel but my last LG had 5 (some were on the side). Again not enough to not like the panel and price but just enough to be potentially annoying down the road. Overall, A great panel with good picture and features and at comparable price points a good value. I am happy with my purchase.

Had to replace our old plasma TV. Checked this one out online and went to the store to compare. It was on sale so we took it home. It even bolted right up to my existing ceiling mount. And at half the weight of the plazma, it was installed in about 5 minutes. Very impressed with the clarity, even when viewed from the side. It's a TV and that is all we basically use it for so I can't complain about Internet streaming or whatever. I initially thought the 55 inch screen would be too large for our smaller room as the last TV was a 42 inch, but I was WRONG. The hi def is fantastic.

Everything we expected and more! We've been using this TV for several weeks now and so far it has been a flawless experience - easy setup, intuitive controls, amazing picture! Would zrecommend to a friend.

When we needed a TV for our exercise room, we headed to Best Buy. I found this 4K Smart TV on sale. The colors are brilliant and the navigation of the smart features is very intuitive. This was a big win!!!

I've been using this TV for over a month now and have zero complaints. Fantastic picture, great menu functionality, can easily open apps. I also got it for a great price! So far, so good. Loving this LG TV!

Been looking at buying this tv for awhile and finally purchased it and am glad I did. Well worth it! Great picture and sound is not bad, it has 2 speakers and 2 woofers for bass. Highly recommend this tv.

Sounds great(surprise!) and good picture. Bought for a friend...her first SmartTV. She loves getting Pandora on the TV. It did lose the WiFi connection one time. Not sure if it was "operator error" or the TV

I read reviews and compared this tv with the cheaper Best Buy branded toshiba and decided to go with this 55 inch. Where else could you get a LG 4K tv at such a great price? Very happy with my purchase!

This is an awesome tv! The picture quality is amazing and it's just a perfect size for the room we have it in. We love watching our favorite shows on it, and we have gotten quite a few compliments on it.

This is the first tv I've ever owned greater than 30" so I think I'm still in man-chine crush mode, but I am so very satisfied at the quality for the price that this LG set delivers. I am in love!

I bought this TV and have been very happy with the picture quality. The only issue I have had is on the smart hub on the MLB app it sometimes freezes. I think for the price it is outstanding.

Great TV. I saw a similar LG tv at a hotel, so I wanted to check out their products, when shopping for a new tv. I got a great tb, at a affordable price. It was easy to set up and easy to use.

With prices lowering on 4k I decided to jump in and get both feet wet. I'm very happy with this tv, black where it should be and once I tweaked the colors, whew! I'm not a huge fan of Web Os 3 but it works, Crackle tv is pretty cool, lots of old shows with a few commercials. If you stream from your Pc it's a little finicky but you can turn off Tru Motion and that helps. It tended to glitch with it on, you can also make it your "primary" monitor and select only one, that stops the glitching, but man it's hard to read on that huge tv from 10 feet away :D The menus are intuitive, the wifi outstanding, I don't have any issues whatsoever streaming Netflix or others.

My son is quite happy to have upgraded to this LG TV. He hadn't had a new one in over five years. He really appreciates the difference 55" and 4K brings. He loves it for gaming and HD movies.

The television is a great buy. Picture and sound quality are excellent. Multiple picture modes to choose from, which makes the television versatile for watching movies, and playing games.

I gave this to my dad for his birthday to replace his 1080p tv. Good picture quality and nice features. Wifi and ethernet works great as it's able to stream 4k content without issue.

I like the highs and lows with contrast. The backlighting could be a little bit brighter but it's okay with where it is. The sound on the speakers are a great. I haven't had anything bad happen yet. But it's only been a few months
