I was directed to the LG by my son. He claimed I should compare the pictures in store and I would see. I have to admit it was better. Clarity and definition is excellent. It is like you are there. I can tell if a male has scraped himself shaving.

This is my second LG TV. Bought the first 2 years ago and that influenced my purchase of this new TV. It's almost too easy to set up auxiliary equipment (the machines are taking over) and it's very friendly to use! The picture? Oh yes...Flawless!

This TV is spectacular, picture quality is second to none - hard to believe how the price has come down on these units. Only downside is how depressed you will be when comparing to your TV that is 3 years old on which you spent twice as much!!

As stated great tv, Funny thing with this TV when your watching a television show it almost looks live a live broadcast. This TV is great and gives you a fresh look at the TV of the future.

Consumer Reports rates the LG OLED 55” television as the best in class and I believe it. The color is stunning and the picture definition is exceptionally sharp. We have bought LG for years and have never been disappointed. A great television.

I have the 65" version of this from 2015, so I knew it would be a good TV. Plus the online reviews were good. The only downside of OLED over Plasma is that not all FIOS content looks good - mostly darker scenes (they can be a bit blotchy). But disc-based content is extremely nice (especially 4K).

This TV has an incredible picture worth every penny. Though there is a learning curve to get the most out of this TV.

We looked at different televisions since our Samsung was slowly dying and it was time to do some shopping. Our son recommended the LG we bought, so far we are more than satisfied with the quality of this television. The picture is so life like.

The picture is spectacularly clear regardless of the lighting. I know most people grab a sound bar to supplement, but I've been enjoying my TV without one and not having any issues. Overall, it's very user friendly. I have no complaints.

I went looking for a new LED TV and ended up coming home with this OLED TV. I have not been disappointed. I don't think you can beat the quality of this thing. If you are looking for one of the best out there for the money, this is it.

No doubt this is a great TV. The picture is incredible and the sound is really good. My only complaint is the lack of instructions that come with the Tv on how to use it and the remote. Strangely there is very little information online as well. I'd love some information on how to get the best picture, how to fast forward movies and where to find programs that are 4k quality. Other than that this Tv is definitely worth the money.

The picture is indeed excellent. The sound will need help, something I intended to do anyhow. I have surround sound but have yet to connect it.

Best picture. The best I’ve seen on a TV. I went from a 10 year old TV that still has a great picture but this tv puts that one to shame. It also has good sound. Glad I made the switch. Also love the lack of bezel around the screen.

I would rate this at 10 if I could. This is, by far, the best TV we’ve ever owned. Absolutely fantastic picture. Finally, we had a Best Buy install it, that was worth the cost... We did not want to drop this TV.

Going into this purchase, I had some very high expectations for this TV based on all the reviews. Now that I’ve bought it, I can honestly say that it has exceeded my expectations – particularly the picture quality. It’s just incredible.

I was very impressed with the picture quality in store, but it's even better at home! Even non HD shows have incredible color, and the HD is amazing! I did not realize what I was missing! The Geek squad was awesome as well - very happy!

A true work of art asthetically as well as in its functionality. Great price also for such a premium price of equipment. Great for current and future viewing. 4K HDR, HLG. Oh my.

it's a good oled, but watching football or any sports you can see the ghosting effect (triple ball effect) on the screen. It's not as smooth and elegant as i was led to believe. I love the dolby atmos, the sound fills the small room i have it in. Limited apps. Remote can be confusing to use. menu and apps and remote not as intuitive to use.

I absolutely love this tv. Sound is lacking (like most flat screens) yet every other aspect of the TV is flawless.

Price or Picture quality, you won't be disappointed. Amazing clarity. If you are using a AV receiver/surround sound system, save money and go with the "C" series vs "E" series that included full speaker bar at the bottom of the TV.
