Great TV. Complicated remote

Only drawback is the remote is somewhat complicated in some ways but convenient in others. The only reason for 4 stars is the remote and sometimes loss of signal when switching from recorded content to live television. I need to call geek squad to figure out why.

Unable to receive 4K thru directv! Had tech come by and exchange receiver but still have same problem with sound decreasing especially noticeable on local stations in south side VIrginia!

Looked at Samsung first this LG is way better.
