Nice Upgrade

Anything that we cook stains the glass and after 2 weeks of having the product the circle outlines of each range were already coming off. The stove is easy to use but the oven settings are not as user friendly. Overall, it works well but I'm just really bummed that it's already scratched after such short time of having it. The inside is a fun purple so that sort of compensates for the scratches.

Had an issue with cooktop within 1 month.

Because we do not live within the city of purchase, It took a couple of calls to the LG customer service to get a technician to come out. Once we got someone scheduled, we were told the date of the service call would be with an arrival time between 8-5. Might have considered other options had this been known. However, the technician arrived around lunch time and ordered another cooktop and will have to come back out to install it. Another day of waiting…Except for this issue we really like the range.

Heats up fast
