Love my new range, would buy again. The only unperfect score I would give is the message I sent to customer service, because of the delayed response of almost a month. Thought I had a problem but didn't. The local store was great and was quick to tell me to bring it back and they would immediately swap the product out. Great local service!

Besides being hard to keep clean, the stove is awesome. With the chimes, there's no need to keep checking to see if the oven is prehated.

This was the best purchase. I love this range. We recently upgraded from a range from 1994 with coil burners. No more boil over and cleaning those nasty inserts. The purple inside does give a true look through the window at baking color of cookies. I love that I can now bake multiple trays and don't have to wait to do singles all day.

We read the reviews before buying and knew this model received good ratings. It's been a great purchase so far. I love the bright blue interior, easy to see spills to clean, and I love "no knobs", just a flat surface to wipe clean. We are enjoying the convection oven and know our foods seem tastier. Great stove!

bought the oven because the old and i didn't want to clean it. and i wanted Convection.

I purchased this range at he Victory Lakes TX store. If I had not done my own research prior to visiting the store I would not have had any help from the Best Buy staff to purchase a cooking appliance let alone anything for my kitchen. The LG range is outstanding but no thanks go to Best Buy for that. They simply facilitated the taking of my money and organizing a delivery/install. They forced me to buy a new electric range cord when the one from my previous range would have sufficed quite well.

This range has worked great. Cooks evenly and is easy to clean.

This is the first convection oven range that we have owned, and it has really made a difference. Foods are more evenly cooked and the cooking times are shorter. The controls allow you to choose whether you are cooking a roast (Convection Roast) or baking a cake (Convection Bake). We are pleased with our purchase.
