Has made baking and cooking so much easier. Convection oven works real well. I never want to go back. The extra burner down the middle of a plus however I wish it would burn a little hotter. The flames at max output are barely aren't even as big as the flames on the smallest round burner.

It heats up stock pots of water for pasta in just a few minutes. The low setting is perfect for delicate egg prep or gently sautéed onions.
