I’ve had the stove for 4 weeks, already have a repairman coming to fix a burner that doesn’t ignite. Stove also runs a little hot, but it looks very nice.

I have nothing but praise for the sales staff at Best Buy in Avon for my new gas stove. This is my second appliance purchase at the store and from sale to delivery has exceeded my expectations.

Got "excellent" open box item. Everything inside missing except the main rack.. so no offset rack, filler, tip kit, manual, air fry tray. 2 hours if phone and on line chats finally resolved that my only option is to return.. as gas stove we've already installed. No wonder this business is in trouble. I've bought many items from them.. never again!

1st story stove didn't make it to warehouse I time for delivery 2nd story stove was damaged during delivery 3rd story. the stove I purchased was actually $200 more so we need to create at new ticket. Sat Aug 16th 2 men came to my door for installation and I ask where is the stove, they said they weren't shocked and called Best Buy while in my door way..I spoke with a supervisor who said she would expedite it and call me back of course no call on 8/18/25 I'm on hold for 30 min waiting for an agent..and now on hold waiting for another supervisor and the agent ask did I want to cancel my order after missing work for a delivery and countless hold times. agent says sometimes items aren't in stock when website says differently still waiting fir more talk and no stove had to order hot plate from amazon. horrible service

Haven’t used oven yet but stove top works great.
Never got an email to review the associate who sold us these products. She was amazing. Her name is Zineh Omary and she is now at Irvine pacific sales. She was amazing and knowledgeable. I would go to her again in an instant.

Love it, beautiful sleek n of course very functional. Just be careful not to drop food, if u do wait until it cools down & than wipe it off.
Also DO NOT use Brillo on it

Love! We recently upgraded our 10 year old stove and couldn’t be more pleased. Had we known how great this oven was, we would have updated sooner! Hands down the best oven we have owned!

My wife loves this range. It looks great in the kitchen. Air fryer feature not quite as good as countertop air fryer. Only other complaint is the lack of back-lighting on keypad buttons

Nice Range we are new to cooking with gas, ours was converted to use propane. We currently have Propane Logs, a Tankless Water heater, and this new Range, I guess we'll find out how we like each. So for everything is fine and happy with our recent purchases.
