Hard to say because of the absolute trash customer service. Delivered broken. Hours on the phone. Took 4 months until it was finally fixed. Multiple no shows. I rep said they couldn’t email me something I asked proof of. A tech company? Set carbon monoxide alarms off- company did not care. I was promised compensation and non was offered or given. Run from this place.

I bought a stove and range hood from Best Buy and both items were dented. We just bought a house and opened the boxes today with our contractor and the stove can't be returned because we missed the 15 day return by a few days but thankfully we're still in the return window for this hood. The stove cost me $2500. I'm never buying appliances from Best Buy again.

Haven’t received my stove yet since I purchased on 10/16/23, now it’s been almost 1 month 11/11/23. The delivery date has been pushed back 2 times. Not very happy.

From the moment we walked in Best Buy to buy a stove to the actual delivery it was an awesome experience. The LG slide in double oven is beautiful, lots of easy features to use. My wife and I are very satisfied.

Great installation process! My fiancee loves baking sourdough bread in it. The oven preheats so quickly! We are really happy with the purchase!

The oven started giving us issues 1 year after purchase. 2 years into having this oven, Geek squad has been out to fix the oven 11 times, and it still does not work. The error is a recurring F9 error, an error with the circuit board (or other electrical component). They have replaced every single part they possibly could on the oven, but since the issues were not ‘spaced out far enough,’ the oven did not qualify for lemon law, which we missed by 1 week (even though we told the tech it was going to fail again). The tech himself agreed it was a lemon, but was bound by the book to screw us over and now we’re stuck with an expensive accesory in our kitchen that doesnt cook. Save your money and buy from an appliance store that actually cares about their customers.

I've been using this oven for two years now, and unfortunately, it has been a dismal experience. From the start, it has been plagued with issues, the most significant being that the oven simply doesn't work. But that's not all. There's also a concerning problem with fire emanating from the fan, which is a major safety hazard. Despite my attempts to rectify these issues, I've been unsuccessful in finding someone capable of fixing them. This lack of available repair services has only added to my frustration and disappointment with this product. In my opinion, LG should seriously reconsider having this oven on the market. Its unreliability and safety concerns make it a liability rather than an asset in any kitchen. I would strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this particular model and explore alternative options from more reputable brands. if any one want my oven can come and take for free i am in new orleans La

This review is going to think twice to make business with Best Buy! after we finish our kitchen we change all apliances . when I open the box of this oven I found a big dent. I call rigth away to explain the problem and provide pictures of the dent who was near to the electric panel at the back! Customer service is the worst they offer me refunds, gift cards, Money back. and after several months and calls we went to pick up our $500 cash back and Manager in Chino Ca agree with us the Customer service is not great because inmates are lazy customer sevice. Now I’m waiting for a exchange 12/29/2023. I’ll update this review soon

Such a piece of junk. The regulator went bad on it after 2 years and now we had an oven fire. The top oven went bad and it started on fire. Repair company said they can offer nothing and it isn’t safe to use. LG said it’s out of warranty and they can’t offer anything. Piece of junk.
