It will not show temp or mode so everything time I need to do adjustments I need to go to AC unit itself to see what mode and temp currently running to change it. This makes remote control pointless.

This was its needed replacement in a hurry. This item is fantastic for its size and works very well in our largest room of the house. We use the timer option daily and the remote control is awesome to have. Very happy very impressed.

My old air conditioner had a place on the side to remove and clean the filter and when it was installed you could not remove the filter for cleaning! The vents are adjustable in several directions and it is a perfect size for my bedroom.

Even when set any higher temperature the cooling is very minimal. In addition, the window where the unit is installed is positioned too high, which makes airflow less effective and contributes to poor cooling. Overall, it does not meet expectations for properly cooling a space

One helpful step you can try is ensuring the tilt of the AC is slightly downward toward the outside, which helps the unit drain properly and improves overall cooling efficiency. Adjusting the direction of the louvers to angle airflow downward can also help compensate for a higher window placement. I went with this model because I have an LG microwave that I really like and like the brand. It can produce 6000 BTUs while others at this price and with a remote only do 5000 BTUs
