The item working perfect. It dose the job it's supposed to do.

Cools a bedroom nicely. Not too noisy. Seems to cycle on and off a lot .

Works great and love the remote. So nice to not have to get out of bed if i forget to turn it on or it gets to cold and i need to turn it off.

So far so good. My boyfriend just installed this two days ago. I get very hot at night and needed something to help. I was worried it would be loud but it isn’t. Of course it makes noise and is not completely silent but it does not bother us when sleeping or watching tv. We had a very hard time finding wide enough screen side panels to go in our window and finally just improvised. Overall though I’m happy. It has a remote but it’s not too fancy.

Does a good job cooling and relatively quiet. The curtains provided do not open wide enough for a 33 and 1/2 inch window opening. Had to use duct tape to cover both sides.

Works great to cool my large upstairs bedroom pretty quickly. Easier install than I was fearing!

Bought this for our Guest Bedroom. Keeps the room cool and it comes with a remote which makes it very convenient to turn off and on. Definitely worth the money. Would highly recommend.

It was purchased to help cool the upper level of our home. I do have central air, and that works well however, the upper level does not have attic space, and it gets quite hot up there. Since I put this air conditioner in the window up there, it keeps it at a steady temp. (whatever my son has it set at, it is nice and cool and no humidity). But I was also able to raise the thermostat on my main level to save my central air from running non-stop.

So far I am very happy. I ordered three of these. I needed small air conditioners for 2 small areas and one two-room Suite (also very small). I also wanted low amperage units and in the case of the two room unit it had to be very lightweight. This unit totally fit all my requirements. It hasn't been that hot yet here, so the units get minimal usage and haven't been stress tested yet. The units appear to cool well. I will see what happens in the summer. My only complaint is that when I bought them the description said the maximum window width was 39, That would have been perfect as the other small units were 35. Well this unit was really on 35, so I had to put in a small piece of styrofoam in one window and tape it to the side panels. I would have probably bought these any way as there was a limited number of units available that met the other of my requirements. I told Best Buy about the error. Hopefully they fix it. I had Best Buy install it, and they did install two of the units. The installers said the third unit would not fit the window (the two room studio) because the window was not wide enough. That was not true because we installed it without a problem.

Use this in a small window in the living room. Cools down ok being its made for a smaller room but it was the only size to fit that window. Keeps room cool enough and if you add a floor fan its good.

Cooling is good, but it is difficult to operate for bed bound person, as the window showing the settings is facing up and not easily viewed. Also, the air is focused up and not forward, as the picture seemed to show. The air goes up into the window shade, rather then into the room. Screw holes were not good. Unable to attach the sliding side curtains. It is adequate but not quite suited to our needs.

It’s a good little unit and a great find for our small bedroom windows. It’s quieter than the other AC’s in our home, but still efficient. The one complaint I have is the air flow direction. It points up instead of out and our blinds interfere with the airflow. I would prefer it to allow change in airflow direction to suit home and window differences.

LG is the only manufacturer I could find that makes window AC that fits my window with the opening slightly less than 12", so I don't have much of a choice. So far it works fine, effectively cools the air in my bedroom. It's comparatively quite when works in "cool" mode, but running it in "cool" makes room too cold in the morning. In "energy saver" mode it's much more comfortable, but it goes on and off every about 3 minutes, and I had to get used to it, it's not too good when you are trying to get asleep. Workmanship is not perfect, air filter is easy to take out, but not as easy to put in, it's get stuck, and I have to pull the grid forward to put filter in place. Also it has an option to direct the air flow in the direction you want, but when works it goes all the way to the right. My wife fixed it with small piece of adhesive tape. But in general it does the job. Still, if I had bigger window, I would consider different brand.

Works great for small bedroom. Has remote and timer which is nice. 3 fan speeds. Slightly shorter than most units so fits nicely in smaller window openings. Seems to cool just fine

I love the features the air conditioner has especially the remote..It has an energy saving feature which is great..Great value for the money
