Product is great. Been a loyal customer and fan over 20 yrs. This continues to not be a pleasant experience. Support has not provided. Still working problem

Not user friendly. At all. Picture is horrible. Worse than my 10 yr old Samsung. You cannot stream with HDMI cord or use any sort of mirroring, device display, apple play or chrome cast without internet. The HDMI works perfect on my old tv.
Remote is extremely difficult to use. Biggest pain in the you know what. When audio bar connected, it still uses tv speakers. I am so unhappy with this tv I hate to use it. I foresee myself having a “office space” moment and destroying it out of frustration. I’ve had the TV three weeks now so it’s past the return window. I’m stuck with this crap.
Right before I got this piece of junk our brand new $900 washing machine died. It took them over two months to repair.
Do yourself a favor and eliminate any possible headaches. Absolutely do not buy any LG products.
I paid $1800 after taxes for a piece of junk. That is pretty much useless to me.
Don’t make the same mistake I did. Go buy a Samsung or Sony TV. You will regret it and you will realize that you were forewarned!
Hi, Ryan. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (OLED65C4PUA) model. We understand your concern about a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that you get the most out of your TV. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceed our customer's needs and expectations. To help resolve some of the issues you're encountering: Make sure that your HDMI cable is securely connected to both the TV and your device. If you’re having trouble streaming or using Apple Play or Chromecast, the TV requires an internet connection for streaming services. If your connection is stable but still not working as expected, we suggest checking for any available firmware updates. For the issue where the TV still uses internal speakers when the soundbar is connected, we recommend going to the Sound settings in the TV menu. Under Sound Out, you can select External Speakers (HDMI ARC) or Optical Out, depending on how your soundbar is connected. As for the remote control, You might find it helpful to enable Universal Control on the TV settings to streamline your experience. Additionally, LG offers a TV Remote App that you can download on your smartphone, which can make navigation more intuitive. If you need further assistance or have additional questions, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport. We're ready to help you troubleshoot and ensure everything works to your satisfaction. ^Juvy

We bought an LG OLED TV in 2016 when they first came out and had it for 8yrs and loved it. It finally started having issues recently so we replaced it with it's predecessor. After one week of making several fine tunes and adjustments to it we decided because of Best Buy's generous return policy to try a different tv. And we did, and we love our new Sony Bravia 8.
Hi Jenny, that’s amazing to hear! 🎉 We’re thrilled your LG TV is delivering that true movie-theater vibe right at home. Whether it’s the rich colors, immersive sound, or cinematic features like Dolby Vision and Filmmaker Mode—it’s all designed to bring stories to life.
If you ever want tips on optimizing your settings for different genres or lighting conditions, feel free to reach out. Thanks again for sharing the love—it means a lot! 🍿📺

Disappointed with LG

I’ve had this tv for only 3 months now, started out great! It’s very thin and lightweight for its size.
However, about a month ago I start experiencing issues with both the picture and smart capabilities. The built-in chromecast hasn’t been functioning for about a week now, and even before that was hit-or-miss. Same with simply streaming Netflix or Hulu, etc. the picture just stops responding while sound continues. I have 2 other tvs in my home that I have to switch to to watch what I want to watch, so it’s not the streaming service having issues (both other tvs are Samsung and a fraction of the price of this one).
Very disappointed for a $2k tv and will not be purchasing an LG again!!
Hi, Suzanne. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (OLED65C4PUA) model. We understand your concern about encountering issues with the picture and smart capabilities, especially after enjoying the TV for a couple of months. We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure a smooth and seamless viewing experience. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: Unplug the TV for about 5 minutes, then plug it back in. This can help reset the TV and clear any software glitches that may be affecting the picture or smart features. Go to the settings menu and make sure the TV is running the latest software version. LG regularly releases updates that can fix bugs and improve performance. If the issue persists, you may want to perform a factory reset on the TV. This will restore all settings to default, potentially clearing up any lingering software issues. Be sure to back up any personal settings before doing this. This LG 65-Inch TV had good reviews with an anticipated excellent display. However ater I brought it home, unboxed it and mounted it on the wall above my fireplace and powered it on, the screen displayed a vertical color line on the left part of the screen and then went blank. I returned it to the store for an exchange with a different brand. Very disappointed but maybe because it was a 2024 model.
