    Excellent picture and good sound. Only drawback is owners manual is not really helpful when trying to figure out remote and remote voice option. This is frustrating for this senior citizen

    The Best Buy employee that assisted me couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He had plenty of knowledge on LG televisions as he happened to own a similar model, and ultimately that knowledge helped me in my decision. The television itself is fantastic, and I couldn't be happier! It was also a great bonus in receiving a gift card with my purchase, and I plan on using it soon!
