I really like the tv for all the things that it can do. Such things are being able to watch things on different apps that’s in the tv and how we can play games on the tv.

The TV was fantastic. I did have an issue with bubbles appearing under the laminated screen, but Best Buy helped me switch it out. I know defects can happen.
The TV itself was great, was bright enough for a sunny day, and is particularly gorgeous at night.

According to the supervisor, Best Buy didn't give me an Amazon $ 200 price match. Days later they dropped their price to $100 so I applied for a price match via chat. That was the last I heard of anything notifying me of successfully receiving a match. After that, the price fell by $ 200 still I was still denied a match after 2, 140-minute calls. No 60-day price protection. NO supervisor called as requested

TV is great but set up automatically pay in my banking. The problem is your billing cycle is the 1st week of the month. People on fix income always use the second week to be sure money is available. I was hit with 2 late fees before I got a statement. You should have a billing choice later in the month.

Bought 3 65” for my home. Selected Closed Caption on all three. None work. Called Best Buy Geek Squad, they coukdnt get it to eotk. Transfere me yo LG Tech Support. They ciuldnt get it to wotl. Told us to return them. Beautiful picture. We are extremely disappointed as a disabled Veteran, I really depend on CC. But if you font need or use CC, its a gorgeous tv.
