    When I received my delivery of the Nano LG tv, I thought that installation came with it like on the Best Buy app. The sales person never mentioned if installation was part of the deal. I spent over 1200.00 dollars this service should come automatically in my opinion.

    So I had a Hisense that broke and geek squad couldn't fix it so they gave me store credit towards this tv. They talked up this tv and it seemed great. Well I hung it up, turned it on, and the screen is grey and has sound but no picture.... So for $1000 I got a tv that doesn't work, tech support that's only open til 5pm central, and a screaming child wanting to know where Blippi is.... I don't know if I'm more angry at best buy or LG for having a $1000 product that can't even turn on

    Did not like. Darker colors not very rich, many shadows and the remote was difficult to set up with my streaming apps. After 2 hours working on it and reviewing utube videos, it was time to box up and go back to a Sony 65".

    The tv itself is great, what I did not know and was not told when purchasing that the tv was not compatible with spectrum tv unless I purchase an additional item

    Returned after a few days when I noticed a flashlight effect around the edge of the entire display. Pretty distracting at night, went with the LG C1 instead

    What a disappointment in picture quality. If you are watching any broadcast not in UHD or 4K you will be disappointed. There is little to no upscaling with this model. I purchased this and two 50 inch units all the same except size of screen. Old tv programs, and anything not in UHD or better are blurry and out of focus. I dont recommend this for any viewing other than 4K broadcast and UHD programs.

    Tv Has horrible glare and doesn't get very bright. Whites crush with one another. Good for gaming as input lag and motion are pretty good.

    The image quality is consistently poor, appearing grainy compared to other TVs. The Android software is slow, and frequently freezing. Furthermore, the warranty service is minimal and of poor quality. I strongly advise against purchasing this TV.

    Terrible TV! Such a pain with the Web Os! Turn it in and you get error messages every single time! Tv screen for any show or movie is not full screen like my Samsung. Had to call LG support & walk thru SO MUCH set up & somethings thru said could not change. Absolutely no difference in the nano cell technology. Total waste of money!

    IWhen I plug my soundbar into the eARC HDMI, the TV flickers. I have contact LG and they send my instructions to "fix" the issue. Still isn't working properly. Not LG's greatest TV.

    The sound quit working the next day. Geek cell help said first availability for a tech was luckily the next day. Jan 14. No Geek. I called and they said it be it wouldn't be till the 19th. No one notified us of the change. Sound came back on a while the went off again. Same later. Is working right now for a while. Fingers crossed for a couple hours of TV. Don't know how to assign stars. Hope can do it later.

    Well the LG is clean. But I would recommend buying the warrant for the first year. I wish I would have, the TV already had a dead pixel from the 3 months of receiving it. The Wi-Fi connection is terrible so I recommend using a wired connection.
