    It’s an avg. TV. The picture is not all that.the sound needs to be amplified. I got this for the bedroom . The picture is not sharp and vivid. It’s a base model so I did not have high expectations. I guess for the pice it is an ok tv.

    No support for ROKU or Directv Stream. Complicated remote and menu options and a pointer option that is not easy to work with. Color and brightness were decent for our sunny room.

      While we do not carry the Roku or DIRECTV apps in our LG Content Store, if you use a third-party device such as a Firestick, Roku, or gaming system with streaming capabilities, you can access those apps through a different operating system. ^Jennifer LG

    Its a good tv for the price i paid the image is ok the colors are good you get a remote that works as a mouse overall is just a good tv.

    Turned on the television for the first time after taking it out of the box to find a thick white line going down the middle of the screen. What a pain to have to take it back to the store to return it.

    The screen has a 120 hz refresh rate but no hdmi 2.1 to support it. Why would you even build this?

    Its alrite for its price , picture quality is not that great compared to other 4k tvs even the 120 hz is not as smooth as you would think , i give this tv 7 out of 10

    Overall a decent tv. Not a huge fan of the mouse like remote but works well. Streams with no issues. Still prefer roku tvs the most

    We had an awful experience with the customer service inside the store, they are super rude and not professional, no one teaches them how to deal with customers, we had LG TV in the guarantee period and talk with an employee over the phone in detail and he informed us that we can return it, but the staff in the front desk refused to return it!

    This purchase was a mistake. I get no satisfaction for making my purchase complete. this might be my last purchase at Best Buys. Microsoft 365 was part of the DEAL and the Geek Squad gave me No help in installing it on my new computer!

    TV came with no remote, no power cord, no owners manual and last but not least bottom of screen has a hole in it and cranked from the bottom to middle of screen
