Loses WI-FI constantly

O/S is slow and buggy and I despise the mouse as remote "feature". I had an old LG TV that had connection issues also. How have they not solved this problem nearly a decade later!? No matter how cheap they are, don't buy LG TVs. You'll regret it.

bad purchase

I mounted it and set it up on day of purchase. then two weeks later it would not turn on. tried to reset it a few times, the next weekend finally had time to try and return it, to no avail because it was beyond the return period of 15days. customer support tells me its under in store warranty. therfore i call to get it repaired system sends me to LG. i dont consider that in store. therefore i am stuck with a brand new tv that doesnt work.

Very glitchy TV and worse customer service

This TV is very glitchy and unfortunately LG’s customer support in even worse. On the TV, all of the apps like Prime TV, Spotify, every app, keeps kicking in and out for no reason at all and freezing. The problem doesn’t happen all the time but most of the time which makes it even worse when trying to prove the TV is glitching. After spending many hours on the phone multiple times re-proving the TV isn’t working and every reset there was and trick to try, they even visually saw it wasn’t working because they can log in to see your screen, but they still want to send a tech out and if the glitch doesn’t happen while they’re in my home, I have to pay full price for the tech even though they already saw the TV not working for themselves. I would never recommend LG’s company or TV’s to anyone.

But the screen/picture looks great!

It’s really slow and the response rate is off and annoying. I thought it would be good because it’s expensive but I should’ve just got a cheap one like normal. Don’t waste your money

Not a good product with terrible support

LG is t helpful, as it will be “at least a week” before getting a technician out here. I just want to return this thing and swap it for a new Samsung. Terrible experience with a sub-par product. I truly had high hopes for this TV, and the reality fell far short. Even with Geek Squad protection, a week for a tech to be here. It’s hard to find the value in this.

Slow

Extremely slow when wanting to select/open apps. I've kept up with the updates as well. I don't recommend this if you're looking to use HBO/Netflix/YouTube etc.

Not really worth the money

Budget TV
