We decided on this Dryer to go with the Washer we bought and they work so well! Can't speak for the Electric one but the gas one works so well - never had a gas dryer before but it dries so much quicker and more efficient than the electric ones I've had before.

A little noisier than our last dryer but works well

This dryer is awesome. My only complaint is that installation didn't include the steam connection. It would've been easy to connect if I wasn't 8 months pregnant. Couldn't get my belly close enough to reach the connection. Had to pay to have someone connect it for me

Great machine with large capacity tub and a lot of innovative functionality. Deducted 2 stars due to defective “power” button on the first machine we received after less than 13 day of purchase. Best Buy made it right immediately and replaced the machine.

I absolutely love the many drying options it offers. I love that I can unwrinkle my clothes without pulling out my iron. And that I can freshen things that haven’t been used for awhile.

Great dryer, great options but you can only use the ‘Tag’ option (machine diagnostic) with an android phone, but I’m an IPhone user, so again cannot use the dryer to its full potential. -not buying an Android

The LG Steam Dryers are awesome. You can refresh clothing that was briefly worn and a little wrinkled. The normal cycle takes longer than I’m used two but save energy. Also can sanitize. So far they work well.

I purchased this item based on a recommendation from a store representative. I will say that I’m very happy. The unit is soft, washed well and I love the large basket! So glad I followed the advice!

I thought this was a great purchase. The overall customer Service was impeccable, from getting information at Best Buy to delivery of the product to my house to include installation. World-class exceptional service.

This is a wonderful dryer with stainless steel tub and steam technology. I really didn't need a new dryer but bought it to match the new washer I needed in black stainless. I have always liked LG products.

This machine would be perfect if it didn't arrive with an inch and half scratch on the front. Couldn't afford another day off from work to wait for a redeliver of a new machine. Customer service was helpful.

Purchased with new washer as old dryer was 10 years old. Works ok, but shuts down when it is very cold. I think the designers did not understand MN weather.

Wonderful product. Had some issues at first with the sensor telling me to clean the filter, but once I cleaned the vent all the way to the outside, it made the cycles shorter and more economy.

I especially like the steam refresh option on the dryer. It comes in handy when I have wrinkled clothes. Good dryer. The install team from best buy was great.

I have only been using it for a couple of weeks, but so far, it has been great! Installers from Best Buy had it and the washer installed in a matter of minutes. Very happy at the moment!

Love this dryer...dries in half the time!! Large load no problem. Easy load door feature works great.

Nice dryer with enough power to dry my clothes. Might be expensive at first, but you'll get rebate if the city that you live in gives you rebate to offset the extra pay.
