This dryer has all the bells and whistles one might need, plus it has a huge capacity. The problem is, it often leaves the clothing damp at the end of a cycle. Even though there is a setting to increase the drying time, it is only available for certain drying modes. The delicate cycle, which I use frequently, does not allow you to increase drying time so you have to wait until it finishes the whole cycle to find out if you need to run it through another short cycle, When I called LG technical support, they gave me a couple of complicated "work arounds". This is very annoying especially when you consider the price for this high end dryer! Very disappointing.

Its a great dryer, clothes come out dry and wrinkle-free. the steam part it wonderful ,if you need to get wrinkles out of clothes that need to be ironed.

Best Buy is always price competitive, but you can always additional great deals with their open box items. Spend the time to study the products, then go to the store. Look around and you'll find the right item for a solid price.

The dryer works great and matches the washing machine. I love how my laundry set look together. There are several drying options to choose from and so far they all work great. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Per consumer Reports. This is the best dryer. I can't agree more. It never fails to dry my clothes properly. I love the feature that it will turn off automatically after my clothes are fully dry.

I couldn't be happier with the LG Washer Dryer combo that we purchased. I was a little concerned purchasing a gas dryer because of the gas smell but I think they work better than an electric dryer and do not notice any difference in the smell. The only downfall for this dryer is that my location in my laundry room is on the left which meant I had to have the door reversed. This is something that Best Buy does offer BUT make sure that they set it up through LG to have a certified LG technician complete the work.

I was so used to my old dryer having to dry loads sometime 2 cycles before they would be dry. This dryer is amazing in how quickly it dries. I'm very happy with my purchase and the black Friday pricing too !!

I decided to buy this dryer based primarily on Consumer Reports rating and recommendation. We're very pleased so far. The large capacity is great for our large family.

Great washer and dryer for the money. Both are super easy to operate. The digital system on both makes it so easy and gives you so many different options and temperature. Their colors are great and do match our other kitchen appliances.

So far the product is good with the exeption that it is not so easy to set the temperature time like we wanted and it's seems to take longer to dry clothes than the old dryer we had and replaced it with this new one

The only drawback to this unit is the gunmetal grey color easily scratches so you need to be careful what you sit on it. The dryer works well and is fast to dry.

Works well with the accompanying washer. Dryer fits large loads and does a great job drying, even large comforters. The high setting gets really hot!

This dryer was purchased for our new home and I am thrilled to have my first dryer fueled by natural gas. It is very efficient and a pleasure to use.

this gas dryer is a good machine. It is easy to operate and the controls are easy to understand. I have not yet used the steam features so I do not know if these work.

It dries fast and seems good. The lights are very bright. However, I dislike how you have to press and hold to start.

Love the ability for the door to open like shoot . When trying something on normal cycle and I have towels and various other things it does not dry .

The Dryer works great. When we received and dryed one load we realized that there were numerous small dents in the interior. Best Buy replaced immediately. Great Customer Service!!!

The dryer does a great job. We bought the steam feature. We have used it many times, and love it. Has a lot of settings. I think if we utilized the many settings it will make our clothes last longer. This wonderful dryer we now have compared to the dryer we did have we were living in the stone age. We made a fine choice.
