As with most dryers the option for sensing the dryness of items is compromised when it comes to things like towels, but this is fixed by simply restarting for a particular amount of time.

Fewer settings than my old dryer, for instance timed settings are 20, 40 and 60 minutes - nothing less or in between. The damp dry setting leaves the clothes VERY damp, but the normal setting gets some things too dry. Overall, though we're happy with this dryer. It's very quiet. The signals are very musical.

I wish the door opened to the bottom so clothes don’t fall on floor when inserted and removed and am very surprised there is no internal light.

The only 2complaints is sometimes it goes into erroe saying no water coming when you can see it coming in. The other complaint is it often makes a huge clunk sound at the same part of the cycle. It started doing that after only having it about 1 year

I have owned my dryer for about a month and I love it. The sensor dry is amazing and have watched the machine change the time to dry until the cycle was complete. I have also purchased the companion washer to complete the set.
